I am writing this review about United Airlines First Class Domestic Service. The first thing I…read morewanna say is that for those of us who fly a lot, the First Class Domestic Service is nowhere near the level it is on the international scale. This is just something to keep in mind and that's not a criticism on any level. Just a fact. United Airlines First Class Domestic Service is pretty good. It's a far cry better than their common Economy Class service. The seats are fairly large and the service is pretty good. Obviously, you get all of your food and drinks for free, unlike the other sections of the aircraft. So that, in and of itself, is a great boon. In terms of the seats they are large but they don't recline very far. I suppose that's due to the fact that they want to keep the First Class Cabin comfortable for all those who are seated in it. They do recline somewhat, just not very far. So, if you're planning to lay back and get a good sleep, you may be a little bit disappointed. But, they do serve their purpose. In terms of the food, it's pretty good. Not excellent -- not like the international service. But, it's okay. And, of course, they have all of the expected drinks. I will say, and the thing that brings down the overall experience of the flight I took between LAX and ORD, is that the two stewardesses that were taking care of the cabin did not stop talking to each other -- literally for more than a minute. They were going on and on and on and on about everything -- all non-flight, non-customer related. It was really maddening. I was sitting in the first row and I had to listen to all of it. They spoke about God, talked about how dogs go to heaven because that's the way God wants it, they talked about how one of them, "Is sick of only making sixty-seven dollars an hour." She wants to make more than that! Now, I understand there are a lot of people who make a lot more money than sixty-seven dollar an hour out there. But, there are also the majority of Americans who would probably love to make that much money. And, to talk about that subject in front of passengers, I find that to be very offensive. But, what are you gonna do? I'm just telling the story of my experience. Overall, it was actually almost amusing that they could barely break away from their conversation to take any of the meals or the drinks to their passengers. I would watch them literally try to tear themselves away, just to get the items to the passengers. Overall, I would highly recommend United First Class over any of their other cabins. It does make your flight a lot more comfortable, and your benefits, a lot more enjoyable.

The cabin crew was very friendly and professional. Planes were exceptionally clean…read more Unfortunately unless one is in first class, seating is rather cramped.

The regular national carriers like Delta, Southwest, and United have become increasingly like…read morediscount airlines to the point that they really aren't that different. If you can afford to travel first or business class then you're not even looking at this review. For those of us who want to save our money for the destination, if Allegiant gets you there you can save considerable amounts of money and fly nonstop from small airport to small airport. The base price is hard to stick to, you have to pay for checked luggage, overhead carryon, being able to board earlier, choose your seat, have a few inches of knee room, in flight beverage or snack, and I can't remember what else. But I can play that game, so they punished me by giving me a center seat on both flights with so little room I was in the tight tuck position off a diving board. But it was a short flight, I was boarded nearly last, and Appleton Wisconsin and Orlando Sanford Airport are such pleasant low volume smaller airports. Parking is very affordable at Appleton which isn't a bad drive from Milwaukee. Sanford is a long way to the resorts on Orlando where renting a car is expensive, rental insurance is as much as the daily rate so even with a reservation ahead of time it's going to be close to $100 a day. I like to use public transportation, but LYNX, the Orlando area bus system is truly awful, so I had to Uber from the airport to the hotel and then back, but I still saved quite a lot of money as compared to flying from Milwaukee to Orlando on any other airline, including Spirit. Here's the most important thing, Allegiant was ON TIME going and coming back. I don't deny the customer service experiences other YELPers have had, but if you look at the reviews for other airlines, I'm afraid that's just what the industry has become.

Have had absolutely no issues with Allegiant. Flights were all on time and some flights actually…read morearrived early. Baggage claim at ATW was very slow but I think that is an airport issue.

Is that a spare plane in the background? They board from the back to the front which is good.

You need an orange tag to put it in overhead. Nickle and dime.

This is another rating where a half star would be nice (thanks Yelp). While the airport doesn't…read moredeserve a "5", I'd like to give it 4.5. It is easy to get to the airport from anywhere in the Fox Valley. When you enter the property, it is well marked to assist you in getting to your long term parking lot, short term parking lot or to the terminal. Upon entry into the main terminal it is always clean and is laid out in a user friendly manner. They even offer valet parking, at reasonable prices, near the main entrance! You have several airlines operating out of the airport. Their areas are well marked and generally staffed well. TSA always seems well staffed and does their thankless job efficiently. Once inside, the newly remodeled (gates added) gate area, you have several choices for beverages and food. There are areas to relax, areas for nursing mothers and some room to simply stretch your legs. Bathroom areas are always clean and well designed. The whole gate area is visually appealing. My only gripe has been with luggage. Several different times, it has taken quite awhile for luggage pickup. It is probably staffing related but can be annoying when returning from a long travel day. It is definitely nice to have this growing airport located in the Fox Valley!

Well, I didn't even know this small city had an international airport, but it does. I made the…read moremistake of flying into here from Houston instead of just flying into Milwaukee and driving. During bad weather, that's not a good idea as both inbound and outbound flights were delayed or cancelled on my particular trip. I spent 2 extra overnights in cities I hadn't planned to stay and had to fly to Denver just to get back home. The airport is small of course and on a single level. The rental car area is a separate small building but near where a typical rental car area is in these small airports. Once inside security..you have only 2 options for drinks and food. There is also a coffee kiosk. The beer garden at the end of the single concourse is always closed, so good luck going there. The restrooms were clean. Going through TSA was a breeze and all staff I encountered were super friendly which was a nice change of pace from the big city airports.
