Called them at 7 am and a tech Dalvin Jimenez came right out. Found the problem right away (took vids and pics). Ordered the part and at 2pm two techs: Jonathan Osorio and Adriana Rodriguez, arrived with the required parts and replaced the blower. All was covered under their great warranty. We were warm and comfortable last night thanks to their hard work. I can't say enough good things about this companies professionalism and skills. Danny tested everything and determined all we needed was a new capacitor. He showed us 3 different options including a 1yr warranty capacitor, a heavy duty 5yr capacitor, and a more thorough refurbishment of the AC with a service plan. We asked if we could mix and match the basic capacitor with the service plan and he set that up right away. The Bad: I can't think of anything to complain about. Overall: I can't thank you enough for squeezing me in first thing on a Sunday morning. I will look to you first whenever I am ready to get the aging AC replaced.
