At first I thought he was the technician's assistant, but he assured me that HE was my technician. Installation of our two systems was completed in two days. TemperaturePro performs our semi-annual system checks. Although I usually request the same technician I had during the previous visit, that scheduling hasn't always been possible. But it doesn't really matter as I've come to realize every TemperaturePro technician is very well trained, professional, careful, and friendly. They always keep us well informed about what they are doing and answer all questions. TemperaturePro's technicians are tops!! I had an issue with the drain lines that came with our home. They occasionally clogged causing the A/C unit to shut down. Courtney made a recommendation which I had them install and drainage has never been a problem again. I also needed one of the condensers moved about a foot to accommodate a new larger gas meter. TemperaturePro responded the very next morning and took care of it in a manner that looks like it was always where it is now. Exactly what I wanted.
