They took 4 days and did not throughly finish the job. Which, in turn, I had to spend more money on the hotel room. #2. - I had to hire another company to complete their work. Be Cool company did not properly seal the 26 each end points of all the ducts and various areas of the plenum with the mastic seal. Which i now have some leaks!! 3. The owners son had to redo my Plenum 3 times, and I'm not to sure if he even did it correctly the 3rd time! I was told he was very experienced. His work did not show it. 4. The owners son's attitude! I tried asking the owner son, about how he arranged the plenum support brackets with the sharp edges pointed down. Pointed down with the possibility of someone else CUTTING themselves on the exposed sharp edges. He immediately got defensive and angry. Almost like another personality just surfaced to express anger. It was a very clear "Stand Back" moment as to Not ask questions anymore that would anger him. And, he was the one working on putting together my Plenum. Maybe, that's why I still have leaks! #5. - Did Not throughly clean after themselves. They left a big box full of attic insulation trash behind! #6. - I will not be using this Company again. Two men came to do the repair; one was the primary and the other was A novice. Originally the primary wanted over $600 to fix the one in MBdrm and the hall bathroom. I ended up paying $351.00 to have the valve replaced in the master bedroom. I realize than was a very poor decision on my part, I should have told them to leave and called another company.. the sad thing is a company works hard to gain trust of Their customers and a bad experience loses them a customer. The Trane system was installed by Wright in April 2025. Quite an upgrade compared to the nearly 20 year old system we replaced.
