Called to have them clean my A/C unit both inside and outside the house. Afterwards the technician checked and found I was down a pound or so of coolant checked for leaks before filling up my unit. Everything seemed to be working fine and left. Since then unit not cooling had to bring in another company and was down 5 lbs of coolant. They checked both inside and outside and found your technician failed to put the two caps back on after filling the unit with coolant. Over $900 now spent! Are you going to make it right? I originally hired Air Quality AC & Electric for an AC cleaning. After the technician left, I inspected the unit because it didn't have the fresh, cleaned appearance and smell it normally does after service. I found a dead roach still sitting in the drain pan, which raised concerns that the cleaning I paid for had not actually been performed. When I contacted the company, instead of addressing my concerns or returning to inspect the work, they became defensive and eventually stopped responding. They have since publicly claimed my property had "health and cleanliness issues," a "roach problem," and even referenced "rat droppings" in my AC system. These statements are completely false. There was no roach infestation, no rat-dropping issue, and I never hired them for pest control services. They also claimed I expected a low-cost AC cleaning to remove all roaches from my home and that I threatened them with a bad review if they didn't. Neither of those things happened. My complaint has always been the same: I paid for an AC cleaning and found evidence that the cleaning had not been completed as represented. Updated response to owner: This response is exactly why we posted our experience. At no point during the visit were we told there were rat droppings in the ducts. At no point were we told the technician had to leave because of "health reasons" or "cleanliness issues." At no point did we ask this company to remove roaches, perform pest control, or clean up an infestation. At no point did we threaten a bad review if they didn't. These claims only appeared after we left a negative review. The reality is simple: we hired an HVAC company for routine AC maintenance. We later questioned whether some of the work we were told was completed had actually been completed. We also questioned the advertised pricing and the advertised money-back guarantee. Instead of addressing those concerns, the owner has repeatedly tried to portray us as living in a filthy, pest-infested home and has continued adding new allegations that were never mentioned during the service visit. If the system truly contained rat droppings, a severe infestation, or conditions serious enough to create a health hazard for the technician, why wasn't any of that documented, photographed, discussed with us, or included in the service report at the time? The more the story changes, the more questions it raises. We've provided photos, screenshots, emails, and documentation. People can review the evidence and decide for themselves. The appointment was booked at the promotional rate, but when the technician arrived, we were told the price was actually higher. The company also publicly advertises a 100% money-back guarantee. Because we were dissatisfied with the service and had concerns about the work performed, we requested a refund. That request was denied. The owner's response focuses entirely on claiming the AC was "infested with cockroaches." Even if that were true, it doesn't address any of the actual concerns: * Why was a $99 promotion not honored? * Why was a money-back guarantee not honored? * Why was a customer labeled "do not service" for asking questions? * Why did the condition of the drain pan appear inconsistent with the work we were told had been completed? He didn't really do any work. He said he could do the work, but really couldn't. I described in detail the work I wanted, and he agreed to it, before he arrived. His service fee is $125. He charged this fee, even though he did no work. He brought in a smell I didn't like as well. read more

Horrible company! This company committed to my job - I 'signed' their quote and we had the work scheduled. Hours before the install, they informed me that they weren't interested in the job because my HOA might be difficult to work with. Left me (and my vacation rental guest) completely hanging and we had to start the whole process over. In summary, this company is only interested in what's best and easiest for them - no consideration for customer service, and no integrity! read more
