They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. Not only did he then describe how to maintain the drains, he left us a bottle of the liquid drain protector, how and when to use it, and gave us some other tips as well.
