I have never had any trouble reaching someone by phone, they've always been prompt and courteous. Plus, like I said very inexpensive for Propane. Often times more than a dollar a gallon cheaper than competitors. I had my new tank installed February 1924, and I'm getting ready to refill the tank again. I've been keeping an eye on the prices and they are still way cheaper.

They informed us that they never completed the process to signing us up for auto delivery. Dixieland said it was not their problem. Horrible customer service and administration!
