The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

An old cast iron sewage pipe cracked and was leaking into my basement and had to be replaced along with connections to upstairs toilets. The next day, Rob and Jaykri came to my rescue. They did the job under their own cost proposal and at a significantly lower price than a big-name competitor's proposal. Brian moved a schedule around to fit me in and got the job done in 1 day. Extremely disappointed with Blue Dot…read more About four years ago, I paid roughly $18,000 for a brand-new HVAC system expecting reliability and quality service. Instead, I've dealt with recurring issues over the years, including multiple problems within the last two weeks. Most recently, my AC stopped cooling properly during extremely hot weather. I scheduled service and was given a 2-6 PM arrival window for 5/20/26. No one showed up. I called multiple times that evening and was repeatedly told the issue was being "escalated" and that dispatch or management would contact me. No one ever did. I called again the this morning. The representative could see all prior escalations but could not explain why no technician showed up or why no supervisor contacted me. I was again promised service between 2-6 PM today. Again, no technician arrived. Meanwhile, my system began freezing over, with visible ice/frost on the indoor lines and outdoor unit. I ultimately had to shut the system down entirely to avoid possible further damage. I called once more and was told the local branch and management had already gone home for the evening, so no one could provide answers or assistance. At this point, this is heading into a third day with no service, no management follow-up, and no resolution. I understand HVAC companies get busy during extreme weather, but the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been unacceptable, especially after investing so much money into a system that has had recurring problems since installation.
