I didnt like the services provided by air-trip maker. Be very cautious buying tickets from these people. To re-schedule my parents tickets i was charged a very hefty sum. More-over my parents were forced to starve on the flight to India since they are vegetarian. I thought if the food preference for the incoming flight is veg, she should understand that on the return flight also the option should be the same. STAY AWAY !! Worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. Their service is horrible and rude. These people can barely speak English & all the prices mentioned on the website are completely fake. I still gathered my guts and decided to book with them since they offered me a round trip ticket for 1650$. I made the payment and received my ticket via email. 3 weeks later I see that I have been charged additional 300$. I thought maybe it's a mistake on their part, so I called them to let them know what happened and they kept acting like they didn't understand. Thats when I realized something was fishy. I demanded a refund and they said they will send me a check. It's been 2 months for gods sake and offcourse I haven't received anything in my mail. They are LIARS. I even called and spoke to the manager. He kept making dumb excuses and finally when I said that I will have to take some legal action, he panicked and hung up on me. These guys are running a SCAM by overcharging your credit card & hoping that you will not notice. Take your business elsewhere. Would have given them zero stars if I could. read more

I had horrible days for my return flight as united stopped operating due to travel restriction in Pakistan airspace for Indian flights. Beware of these guys. They will give so many adds telling that the prices will be around $699 to $799 from USA to India. But if you call them they will never provide the above mentioned deals. They will not tell the cancellation charges while booking the ticket. I booked the tickets last year with these guys, but for some reasons we wanted to cancel the tickets. I called them, the guy who booked my tickets told that i will be charged $500 per ticket for cancelling the tickets. We told ok and cancelled the tickets. But when we received the refund from the airlines later, we were charged $100 per ticket. Totally we were charged $600 per ticket. Please don't book the air tickets through these agents. Because the airlines only charge $100 per ticket for the cancellation. read more

Don't ever deal with these folks. They got the gender & name wrong while booking tickets for my son. When I asked them to change the information, they kept giving hope that they are working with the airlines to change the information. Nothing happened till the very last day and I had to pay additional $350 to cancel the existing ticket and rebook it. They said they are going to rebook the ticket at the original price, but they took an additional 220$. This is on top of $350 cancellation amount. I reached out to them for the refund. You call then several times, if you are lucky someone will pick up the phone and give some crappy excuse saying they were on leave, they are looking into it, they have deposited the amount and so on... It is been more than 3 months now and I am yet to receive the refund. If you want peace of mind, stay away from this company read more

If you need to cancel, they will take processing charges of about 20% even if Airline refunds 100%. They will lie initially stating that Airline is taking penalty charges. Bad English and seems like they are offshore but lie to you stating that they are in US. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS. FAKE COMPANY. WORST experience. I booked ticket with them. Before 45 mins of boarding flight, airline stopped me and asked to pay penalty because they found issues with ticket booked. I called AirTripMaker and they requested me to pay at airport the penalty amount and later on they will refund me back same amount. They were able to get the decent rates for the trip. When I got the itinerary, I had concerns about lay over as well as return date. They had put the return date wrong. When I emailed, no one responded. When I called, no one returned the call. Now, I have to bear $325 for someone's bad job and forgetfulness. They don't tell their cancellation policies and other procedures up front. There isn't any communication on itinerary. Very unprofessional. Never ever use services offered by these guys. I Spoke to Victor today and i asked to give me deals/prices of the flight ticket to Kathmandu. He said he will call in 5 minutes. I waited for an hour for his call and then called him again. He then said that he is still checking and hanged up on me. I have not received any call after that.This is highly unprofessional customer service i have ever received. This is a fraud company. Never or ever book any tickets with them. They booked my ticket a year ago and then I got to cancel it and they never gave my refund back till now. John is the person who booked my ticket and he is not at all genuine person please do not book any tickets with this fraud company. They said it would take 15 business days to get my refund and then 1 month and now its been more than an year I never got my refund of 1200$. They use all fake names call John, Sam, Peter etc and they never want to get there real names out, this proves what that company is all about. I tried calling them multiple times and they never answer or otherwise they keep the call on mute and hangup after few minutes. John never answer his call instead he will make others to answer the call, If I call from same number they keep note of that number and they will never answer it if we call back with that number again but if we do it with different numbers they will answer and say stupid John would get back in few minutes but I never received any call back from them later. I would suggest not to go through this airlines since that is a fraud company. read more

I booked 4 united roundtrips tickets from Newark to Delhi from airtripmaker. Trip was from 26th July 2019 and returning back on 18th August 2019. Airtripmaker charged me 504 USD commission and United ticket charges. United cancelled the tickets due to airspace issue and i got the united airlines refund directly back to my credit card. I was told to book the tickets again thru them as they can use the united cancellation code to get united code share partner with discounted rates . I paid again along with their commission charges. I contacted Airtripmaker for the remaining amount of the cancelled ticket commission and Airtripmaker representative told me that i will get the 504 USD also back as a check. I never got this amount back and when contacted multiple times by phone or email, i always get the message that Check is being mailed and some other reason. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Be very leery of them. The charges from the Airlines and Air trip show separately on the credit cards. They called me 2 months after reservations saying Air China has over booked and they are refunding my money in 5-9 business days. I haven't received my money a month and half later. Sam & Ayesha don't respond to numerous messages. They wanted to charge me more for another reservation, I provided a different credit card and gave them a bad review. They asked to remove my review in return for a better booking charges. I wish I could visit them in person and raise some hell. read more

ZERO. If I didn't check Air India website on Saturday morning, I would not have reservations at this point. I would have arrived at the airport only to find out I did not have reservations. My flights were fully paid over 9 months ago. I called Air Trip Maker. Two associates cut off my call without helping. I called Air India twice. They told me that Air Trip Maker did not issue tickets therefore my reservations were cancelled. Air Trip Maker did not notify that it was cancelled. No one at Air Trip Maker would help me on Saturday morning. Two people hung up the phone. This was the worst experience I have had dealing with this online travel site. They owe her 900$ and Mike, the guy who booked and the manager, Sam who is to get her money refunded, does not respond when asked for the refund. Its more than 3 months and they have not refunded. one out of 30 calls you make to Sam, gets answered and he always lies about the money reaching her account in the next 5-7 business days and the money has not yet reached her. JUST BE CAUTIOUS IN BUYING TICKETS FROM THESE GUYS. I felt completely cheated in one of my recent and first booking from them. My experience was very particular to cancel tickets and how these guys charged me around 50% cancellation charges. It was emergency on my front to cancel booked tickets and reserve the other tickets for personal emergency. I tried preponing existing tickets but failed to do that because nobody was reachable and never tried to connect back. I had to cancel existing tickets and called the these guys. I told him what has happened and he said that you need to pay $300 cancellation for each tickets and i agreed but he refused to do because he did not book the ticket so i have to wait for person who booked the tickets. Finally after multiple tries, i was successful to connect the guy who booked the ticket and number comes like $500+ per tickets cancellation. Talked about my situation and she had mercy on me returning her fee not charging $25 but ultimately charged around $1100 for cancellation. She confirmed that we returned all your charges paid to us but Air Company Will definitely charge cancellation. But Credit card statement says totally different. Charged by Air company returned almost with minimum charge but did not come $0 cents from the 3rd transactions which is gone to different account ..not to Air company. Please make sure you have all terms and conditions for travel change and cancel. I am done with these guys. read more

I have booked quite a few times through airtripmaker, specifically "Mahi". I didn't have any issues all these days and so recommended them to my friends too. I'm not sure what happened to them recently, but the quality of service has become absolutely terrible. It has become one of those scam-like websites. The prices announced on their website are false. When I called them for a recent trip (a total of 3 tickets), I was quoted a price that was ~$50 more than what I could find online. I still booked the trip because $50 seemed like a fair price for the extra services they used to provide (like seat and meal reservation). But I was scammed this time. First they had trouble booking tickets. I had to follow up with them multiple times before they made a reservation. Then they booked the itinerary as 2 separate tickets instead of a single PNR without informing us. So, international baggage regulations didn't apply and we had to pay ~175 for each bag. When I contacted them to resolve this issue, Mahi was so rude, I couldn't believe it was the same person I was dealing with from the past few years. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she gave me a number that nobody ever answers. On the whole we lost close to $1200 because of their mistake that they refuse to address. Needless to say, I am going to be looking for a new travel agent and informing all my friends and family to beware. read more
