These folks are amazing! Our old AC unit was "nickel and dime"-ing us like crazy. It lasted 33 years so it was well overdue for replacement. Thankfully we found Aire Serv and after getting a couple additional estimates, we decided theirs was the best for what we needed. We couldn't be happier with the service and the new unit. Follow-up a year later and it just gets better. We just had Nolan over to give the unit a quick once over and to address a smell since we turned over to using heat. I had Terry Reichardt from Aire Serv of Red Mountain come to my house in QC. He quoted me a tad over $12K for a 3.5 Ton Goodman which is one of the basic quality AC's you can get. He mentioned to me "we're not one of the cheaper priced companies." Why on gods earth, would you say that to a customer?? You're just begging me for getting more quotes!! So I did and another company came much later in the day and quoted me EXACTLY the same equipment for $9500...with one more year of labor warranty. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance takes the worry out of having the air conditioners fail when we need them the most here in the southwest. They are always professional and take the time to explain what is happening or not happening with our HVAC system. We know nothing is going to fail until it is 110° outside, but Red Mountain is always available and i time. They just did a major maintenance on the upstairs HVAC unit as the blower, motor and control board were failing, it was completed in a couple hours, and no discomfort in the house whatsoever. read more

Contacted Aire Serv to do an evaluation of the AC unit prior to selling the house. The tech was friendly, on time, and very thorough in his work. The reason for 3 stars is simple. The tech determined in the written report that the AC unit needed replacement but would not provide a quote. The best he could do is give me a range of 5-10k for the replacement. I was told that they don't give unit replacement quotes to consumers that shop competitors. This statement is puzzling to me since I wasn't shopping competitors at that time. Besides, we live in a democracy where markets heavily depend on competition. Simple economics! Long story short, I ended up replacing the unit with another company two weeks later. read more

Their scheduling line is very professionally run. There trucks are branded, techs wear uniforms and booties when they come in the house. Jonathan came out promptly and worked on our problem. I was referred to Aire Serv of Red Mountain to have an HVAC inspected on a house I am purchasing. Clayton came right out for the inspection and found that another air conditioner company had installed a brand new unit but it was too large for the house and the duct work was leaking so it was not running efficiently. Clayton came back a second time to meet with the original installer who agreed that the unit needed to be switched out to the right size unit and all the issues corrected.
