The other contractor came out that day and fixed it in 2 hours for a fraction of the cost. Peeples finally called me back after everything was done and said it would be over $1,000 to fix it. I was assured it was no problem at all and they would clean the vent from inside the house. The person who came out was kind of rude and complained about having to move my washer and dryer to get to the vent. My slow drying times didn't improve at all and based on the amount of lint they got out, I'm not confident it's really that much cleaner. Next time I'll find someone else.
