One hour and half, later and 3-4 phone calls, no ice. Finally it arrived 1.5 hours after our window. They had excuses, but did not change the fact that the ice was 1.5 hours late. No apologies, i asked to speak to manager or owner, no response. This is not what i would consider relying on a deliver with an agreed two hour window. I would have been fine with a 3 hour window. They still charge the delivery fee! No call back. Not sure I would trust them with on time delivery with in a two hour window.

Several weeks go by, no call received. I call Erin the owner, only to be told they are closing tomorrow and they have not done my stockings, but she will call me when ready. They hadn't even started my stockings and doubt I would have been called, and if I would have been called it would have been, come now as we are closing if you want your stockings. A very inconsiderate company that you can't depend on to keep their word.

Note he does not even have his business claimed as he has all the work he can handle. The phone number is correct. If you have a small cheap part that you need replaced, then you might want to consider just buying another machine with cheap parts. The reason, labor costs. Machines now are made to just be tossed and replaced and the chassis's have been designed to make repair required to disassemble the whole thing for a simple part to be crazy in price. If you have a commercial, or loved vintage machine, then this is the man to call. His phone number is correct, but I would advise calling after 10:00 AM and he also shuts his phone off at 4:30. Additionally, he no longer takes credit cards. This is a man who is definitely got the itch for retirement, but just loves working on old, quality machines. There are other repair shops around, but call them first. The will give you their up front cost to just look at it and you may be shocked. We don't mind for paying for quality work if we can afford it.
