I had a simple custom made cookie sandwich here, going with both top and bottom Cookie Monster cookie with Vegan chocolate chip as the ice cream in the middle. One of my FAVORITE combinations I've ever had for a cookie sandwich in my entire life! For a vegan ice cream, it's one of the creamiest, sweetest, and most delicious vegan versions I've ever had. Again, saying a lot, coming from NYC and having A LOT of premium tasting ice cream. Staying on the vegan ice cream, my only critique really is that I wish the consistency of it would be just slightly more dense, as it was a bit on the melty side. If you didn't start eating the ice cream filling quickly after buying out, it would start to melt within a few minutes. So, if I had a magic wand, I'd ask for them to make the ice cream slightly denser and firmer, so it's not as melty and "milky," which is weird to say, considering it's vegan! Size of the sandwich is huge! They definitely fill up in the middle, so it is a nice, very full ice cream middle to the sandwich, so they are not skimping on portions! There are roughly around 6 to 7 tables, but they're pretty tight. There is definitely more seating on the outside as well. We came early evening for our second trip and there was a line out the door. It moved a little slow as I was inside the store in less than 10 minutes, but just be prepared that when they get slammed, they are not picking up the pace very much, so you'll be waiting for a little while to get your order. Try your hardest to not come during mealtimes or you'll be waiting a while. Still worth the wait I say, or just go during off hours and enjoy the best dessert on the island I wish I wasn't allergic to dairy, otherwise I would have loved to try their other ice creams!
