She made it custom and added items I requested and had me checked every two weeks since I was still losing weight. She also sold me another dress she had for the night before and she customized that and did the initials on all the girls pajamas for my wedding party. Her team took great care and communicated well and did my mom and replacement bridesmaid last minute alterations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about hers d her team ! I will be going back with more business for her!

I don't think I've ever left a review for anyone, and I really hate that I'm having to leave a…read morenegative review, but I feel like I need to share my experience because this involved something completely irreplaceable--my mom's wedding dress. I brought the dress here to have it altered and updated for my own wedding. I was very clear about what I wanted, brought printed inspiration photos, and emailed the photos. Someone even responded to my email, yet whenever I referenced them during appointments, I was told they didn't have them and asked to send them again. My biggest concern was how quickly permanent changes were made without what felt like a clear plan. Cutting began almost immediately, and one of my favorite parts of my mom's original dress was cut off and removed. Whenever I expressed concern, I was repeatedly told the dress was a "work in progress" and that things had to be cut or removed. I tried to trust the process, but my concerns were often dismissed in a way that made me feel like I simply didn't understand alterations. As time went on, it felt like there was a separate "vision" for my dress that took priority over what I had actually requested. I was even told at one point that what I wanted would look "too casual." No notes seemed to be taken, things were pinned without explanation, and requests we had discussed were forgotten or never completed. One of my appointments was canceled, and when I eventually saw the dress again, essentially none of the changes I had requested had been made. Boning had been added despite the rest of the dress being nowhere near complete. When attempts were made to undo some of the changes, the dress was damaged even further. That was when I decided to take it back. I left in tears. I would not recommend this business for a sentimental garment, redesign, reconstruction, or complicated alteration. Based on my experience, I would only consider them for very small, straightforward alterations. What upsets me most is that I would have completely understood if I had simply been told that what I wanted was outside of their expertise. Instead, I was repeatedly reassured to trust the process, only to end up with irreversible changes to my mom's wedding dress. I am now having to find someone else to repair the damage just months before my wedding.

I have a pair of jeans that have gone through years of wear and just at that perfect point where they have the right amount of wear and really comfortable. And at this point... I began getting more wear than I wanted and it started tearing. I was about ready to donate them but decided to really research some local tailors to see if I could get this fixed. I wasn't expecting much and if I didn't like the repair, I would just donate the jeans. They told me they would use material similar to make the repair. It took about a week and when I picked up the jeans, I was shocked at what a great repair job they did. They did use material very similar to the jeans I brought in. But not just similar in material, but it was also just as faded so it blended in perfectly. They repaired to so the area is completely covered and they even reinforced it a bit more from the inside. The stitching they did blends right in with the jeans and while I can see the area where the tear was previously, now it's covered and the repair just looks like natural wear and fading to the jeans. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did and how happy I am to not have to get rid of a great pair of jeans. I have some suits that need alterations and now I know this is a place I can certainly trust.

I just can't give a great review because the grease was an issue in an earlier review, so it seems they haven't corrected the cause. Also, the thread color should've been correct the first time.

I will shorten my review as it appears there are other people with similar experiences. They ruin expensive clothing and refused to provide me with a claim form. They lose your clothes. The manager will come screaming out to your car in a very aggressive (and frightening) manner yelling everyone makes mistakes. And don't you dare ask any question. Your response should be, "I'm so sorry I'm responsible for your mistake. Its my fault. Will you forgive me?" Accept that, accept your loss and leave before you put yourself in danger.

She was screaming ; would not even let me get a second question in & then she hung up on me !?! after saying I don't treat people like that like "I was a dog or something".... well let me tell you : we love our dogs! so if I treated her like a dog, then God bless her. She got the best treatment ever!!! I will never go to that horrible den of evil again Tammye . I hope you're reading this and I hope the owners are. When I let the older gentleman know, he had major attitude with me and told me not all the stains would come out. I let him know I had 2 pen marks and the other one came out so why wouldn't this one.... It was from the same pen. I asked if they had seen it since there were two stains and his response was rude and snappy- he doesn't work at the place where they do the actual cleaning, so why would he know if they saw it. When I pay $47 for two dresses to be cleaned, I expect a little bit of customer service and a better attitude. Same man also told me that sewing takes really long and I'd be better off doing it myself for a strap on a shirt I needed sewed back together if I knew how to sew, I wouldn't have dropped it off to have them do it. I ended up going elsewhere where they were happy to help. He proceeded to throw my dress aggressively in the back of my car, stomp back inside and write "REDO... PLEASE LOOK AT THE PEN MARK" on the receipt. He angrily handed it back to me and went inside and shut the door before I could ask him his name. I will not be returning to this location
