For a company as big as Lowe's, this is honestly embarrassing. I used this store a lot last year, so I expected better service, but clearly things have gone downhill. If you're going to have a phone line for customers, then at least hire people who can actually answer the phone. Making customers wait over an hour with zero response is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for people's time. It feels like customer service here just doesn't exist anymore. When someone is trying to give you business and can't even reach a person after more than an hour, something is seriously wrong with the way things are being run. If this is how you treat returning customers, I'll gladly take my business somewhere else. Do better, hire better staff, and start caring about your customers again.

I knew I had to do my part and try and fix it ,before we bought a new one . After some research and some very helpful you tube videos . I started searching for parts stores and stumbled upon ADCO. I gave them a call and spoke with I believe Tim was his name . He was very helpful and knowledgeable . And even offered to test some of the fuses for me , which I thought was awesome.thanks Tim! We found it had two fuses that went bad . After a good cleaning on the inside of the dryer and the fuse replacement . The Dryer was as good as new . All for under $100 including a voltage meter (bought elsewhere) . ADCO thank you for having a friendly and knowledgeable team ! You guys are awesome .
