We intended on having our stuff in storage for only a month, maybe two. That turned into four…read moremonths. I was very hesitant and scared to put our stuff in storage (everything we owned- beds, couch, majority of our clothing, dressers- everything!). When we got the unit, the staff was SO friendly, and we got a deal. The day that we moved all our stuff in was a day after a bad storm. The floor of our unit was slightly wet with a mini puddle. This stressed me out more. I ended up buying a $15 tarp from wal*mart and putting it down, and then taped it up on the walls. This helped a lot! It continued to get damp during our items' stay, so I would recommend doing the tarp. All in all, our stuff stayed dry & safe. The smell isn't the best, but it just smells like it's been sitting in storage for months, which it has. I re-washed all my clothes that were in there- just to get the storage smell out. I would recommend this storage facility overall. The staff is really what sold this facility to me over others.
