So number one, these guys pick up and drop off for free, no need to freak out about fitting my 8 foot rug in my tiny car. Number two, I gave them this cheap poly rug that I was nevertheless real fond of. It was *filthy*, had not been cleaned in ten years of cross-state moves and ex-pets and I had rolled it up because I just couldn't handle looking at it but was too attached to get rid of it. IT CAME BACK LIKE NEW. Holy crap I can't believe they got it this clean. "Needed a bit of elbow grease" they said, well that is the understatement of the year. Our beautiful Navajo rug was terribly stained over New Years - red wine as it turns out. My wife called them and they picked it up in less than an hour. And it was returned to us beautifully cleaned in just a few days. The red wine stain was gone. The rug looked better than it did when be bought it. Airloom also made a new padding for this rug which fits perfectly. I don't know what Janet was talking about in her review - but her experience was nothing like ours. We live in the Elephant Head District south and east of Green Valley. Paul and Ali not only came out, picked up our Turkish rug but they brought it back to us when it was thoroughly cleaned. He was also thoughtful enough to provide table mover casters so we can now move the table more easily. This rug was dirty. It had not been cleaned in years. Paul not only cleaned it twice, to get the kitty stains (pee & vomit) out of it, but he also ironed the fringe back to it's original shape. We were then able to visit his shop, pick up a new heavy duty pad and view his cleaning process. Don't be fooled by all of the hype of Airloom Rugs. The owner Paul is a scam artist and hides behind all of his fast talk about his equipment and cleaning process. I brought 3 small rugs in and the most expensive one was ruined. He even admitted he washed it twice because it didn't look good after the first wash. The rug looked great when I brought it in and when I received it it had several areas that looked like the wool had come out like bald areas. He didn't take any ownership in ruining it just said, "oh it must just be high traffic areas." This rug hardly had any traffic on it and looked fine until he washed it. Rather than take any responsibility that the rug was now ruined he just charged a full rip off price of $220 for a 3x4 rug and two 5x6's. Don't be fooled like I was! Please stay clear of this place. read more

We just had two rugs returned washed and sanitized from Airloom. I recently had a heart transplant and I called Paul to come clean the rugs - trying to keep the house as clean as possible. They hadn't been cleaned in three years. He also picked up the rug pad and said he would blow all the dust and dirt from the pad. I never thought of that. The rugs look amazing, better than when I bought them. They had probably sat on a shelf or floor for awhile prior to purchase. I purchased another room for the guest bedroom and Paul brought a rug pad for that as well. Won't go anywhere else! He is always available by phone and honest as can be. read more
