Everything that I originally asked for was taken care of, and he took care of any leftover auto bits that needed to be removed. All in all a great experience and super convenient to have Mike come to us! He responded quickly to our request and was very accommodating to any add-ons to the services, including using the parts and products we provided. We were able to get on his schedule within two days of the initial contact. Mike was timely, efficient at completing the job (around 2 hours for 4 different things on two separate cars), and reasonably priced. The accompanying inspection report also made us feel more confident about the condition of our vehicles. We will reach out again the next time we need the cars checked out. Great experience! So easy! I called to ask some questions and get an estimate Mike contacted me within 10 minutes. He came exactly at the scheduled time. He knew what was wrong with my Subaru air conditioning leaking problem and fixed it (while I was comfy inside my air conditioned home) in 20 minutes. No waiting in waiting rooms, no having to drop off the car. The job only cost me $100. He did a great job and problem solved. Being a bit of a skeptic--- to my delight-- the tech, Mike, was not very knowledgable...but he went the extra step of following up to make sure that using my extra parts were the best fit--for each issue on my car. Overall: I found him to be very intelligent, knowledgeable in what he did, but also time, very pleasant, happy answering all my questions I needed. This kind of respect and time he took was way was more respectful than I've found over the years being a female at most other shops, or dealerships. The option to have him come to my home, and not wait for hours or driving and then waiting at all, is so attractive, plus the benefit of lesser Costs than other repairs shops--and any dealerships for sure. The fact Mike gave me the option to bring supplies or let me provide them is also a choice most shops frown on...yet, he is thinking of the customer-not just the almighty $$$$. This person has his pulse on what people care about: Being treated with respect and trying to save a bit of expenses. My 2012 Civic LX wouldn't start at all, so I couldn't even take it to the auto shop for repair. Called Mike with Mobile Pro Auto Service, and while I was apprehensive about the up-front $150 diagnostic fee, he assured me that if possible he would see about fixing my car the same day. Mike was easy-going & experienced, and the service went very smoothly. A portion of my diagnostic fee was rolled into the overall cost of repair which I really appreciated, and I imagine that's a case-by-case feature. All that said, Mobile Pro Auto Service is a great service provided for just such a scenario as mine, when you can't drive your car to a service station because it won't start. The service was amazing! We had scheduled an appt for Thursday but when he had an opening on Tuesday he contacted me to offer that opening knowing my car was out of commission. The on site diagnostic was quick and accurate. Parts had to be filled but he was able to schedule me in the next day and my entire radiator was replaced right there in my parking spot in front of my home without any mess! So efficient and clean! My car is running great and I can't thank Mike enough for his caring service. 100% recommend! So affordable and I didn't have to take time off work to get it repaired, that to me was amazing! read more
