Minor ones, yes, (no one's perfect) but Bill has always taken care of them. I've never felt anyone ever lied to me, or tried to get me to pay for unnecessary work. In fact, when I asked if I needed something expensive, Bill would often tell me it wasn't needed, & that it could wait. I'll keep going there until Bill retires. Which, selfishly, I hope is a long way off.
