I had my annual maintenance service performed on my heater. The technician's name was Matt. He was…read morevery professional and friendly and I felt confidence with the work he performed. He explained everything that he did and showed me the results of his testing. I highly recommend Patriot. My contract covers my heating system and my air-conditioning. This is a company that you can trust.

Had a horrible experience where and employee turned off my water heater by turning a valve and said…read morethe brand new machine was broken..... Only to pay a few hundred dollars for a technician to come over and undo his work... All they did was to turn a valve and hit a button. The original worker said he was untrained and they will not send him for training. Horrible, and never got back to me after that situation. Responding to the message, you said that i do not agree with the decision - which is true I do not believe I should have paid for the first technicians' incompetence, there was no reason to turn off the valve. Then when you go to the second technician who came in, all he did was to turn the valve and restart the machine. Logically speaking - if the water heater worked - then we ran out of oil - then the first tech came after filling up the oil - how would the valve have been turned? Because I know i did not touch it and that's exactly why i paid extra for that service. And I have seen with my very own two eyes the first tech turns the valve. Those are undeniable the true and accurate facts of this scenario.
