4.5* for one minor detail [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shocking, a tire repair shop that actually answers their phone![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called about 10 places around the area to mount and balance a tire. Only 3 actually answered their phones, others going straight to voicemail.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Of the 3 places Perez Tires had the best reviews so I went with them, all the quoted prices were similar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also Perez Tires didn't need me to schedule an appointment, the gentleman told me to just bring it right in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon arrival, I was greeted by the mechanic as he finished up the previous car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As I was bringing my car up, the mechanic already noticed the issue and at first recommended a balance of the front driver tire. I already knew it had become warped on the treads, not even sure how that happened. I was impressed he could tell which tire was off and that spoke well of his experience, though he appeared young. After parking I showed him the treads and he quickly understood. In 10 minutes I was in and out! The only suggestion I would have is to torque the lug nuts to manufacturer's specs. I know an air impact is quick and easy, but it is way too powerful and many times tire shops have hammered the lug nuts on there and it's been painful trying to remove them for emergency repair on the side of the road. But besides that, I'm happy to have found my new local tire shop. Keep up the great work! read more

Upon arriving, Herman was courteous and very quick to assess my low tire. He took the tire off and showed me there was a nail stuck in it offered to patch it up or replace it with a new tire. First time visiting this place due to a nail being stuck in my tire. it's a small place with little to no room. it can be busy at times but it definitely is worth. this place is quick, efficient, and does everything ur car needs. they speak spanish and little to none english. i spoke english but they still understood what i was saying. they prefer cash, but have debit as an option as well. it costed me $25 for a tire repair which wasn't too bad. i definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

Perez Tires SAVED THE DAY!!!! My 20 year old daughter's tire blew out on the freeway near Rancho and I'm all the way in Los Angeles for work. She was crying and panicked basically hysterical and did not have a spare tire so AAA had to tow her somewhere.
