The wait wasn't too bad even with people ahead of me and if you use cash they won't charge the 3% up charge if you use a credit card. They also park your car in the front outside the exit doors. I would like to give this place five stars , but I don't know enough about the work they do to really rate it accurately. The customer service I receive from Raul is always excellent. He is friendly and communicates to me clearly and patiently about my vehicle. I came here for oil changes because it is close to my home and gym and you get a car wash after each service. The free car wash is from the Airport quick car wash located just across from the service station and is one of the good ones in town. The oil changes I received were standard and efficient. One day I showed up a little (okay, a lot!) past my mileage timeline for oil change and Raul recommended I consider doing a synthetic oil change . I went for it and have done so the last couple of times . It costs a little more but from what I understand it's better quality and gives you more miles between service. I am in today to do the transmission flush service since I'm due. I wouldn't have known and it probably would have been neglected if they hadn't helped me out when I asked some questions . They provided me with the information, prices, and time for the best on schedule maintenance of my vehicle. I knew what I was going to need , how much it would cost, how long it would take, and when I should do it. I really feel like they treat me with care as a customer. They are respectful and give me guidance and confidence in my vehicle and it's care. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After I pulled up I was told a price "out the door". They then began working on my truck and didn't do anything that other oil change places do. None of my fluids, like wiper fluid were topped off. They said they checked the air filter but clearly didn't even look at it. They then reset its life to 100% even though it wasn't replaced or even touched so it will not be accurate for the future. As he was finishing up the office person gave me a price higher then what I was told. We went back and forth and they still didn't honor the price. It's a scam to get you into their service and then your stuck. If this is how they operate I don't have much faith that the work they claim was completed was actually done. Five star operation! I usually go to the car dealer to have my oil changed but I haven't had the time to call them and schedule an appointment or the time to sit an wait for my car to be finished. Jose greeted me as I got out of my car and was friendly and helpful asking about the specifics of my vehicle and he thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect with regards to the service, the price and the time required to perform the service. Less than 30 minutes on my visit with time for me to walk next door and have lunch. My car was done before I even finished lunch. I'll definitely use them on the next oil change and I'd recommend them to others. It was a good experience. They included a complimentary gold car wash at the Airport Car Wash across the street from them which is a $24 value. I'll definitely be back. read more

These gentlemen were getting ready to close up shop and I knew my truck was due for an oil change so I tried my luck cause I got some traveling coming up. As I pulled up I didn't see anyone and a young man showed up, he was polite when I asked if they were closing and said they were getting ready to and the owner (Raul I believe) showed up and said they had time real quick AND TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR THE OIL CHANGE OF THE YEAR!!!! They checked up on everything topped the fluids, and were simply put.... THE BEST! They didn't beat around the bush and hassle me like you hear horror stories about women dealing with. OH and they were FAAAAAST and not to sound like a creeper but I watched to make sure they weren't doing a half job cause they were getting ready to close. They did exactly what I needed. They were nice and professional guys. But they cost me over $1,000! After they changed my oil my car wouldn't go into drive. I'm now waiting for a tow truck to pick me up and bring me back to LA since I don't have an extra day to wait for the Palm Springs dealership. Airport SLOW LUBE. This is not a speedy spot for a lube job. You will get quicker service at the corner of Sunset and Vine. It took them an hour to change 3.5 quarts of oil in my Honda Fit, with no line in front of me. These guys do a lot of bullshitting and then completely rip you off at the desk. And they do it with a smug smile to make you feel like a true sucker. If you were happy with this place, you were blindly ripped off and you did not do your homework. After paying he gave me an invoice that I could redeem across the street for a car wash. The price was slightly more than Walmart's, but not much. This is a great place for oil changes. They are really nice guys working here and will tell you if they see other issues in your motor as they do the fluids changes. Price is reasonable and they are timely. The best part for me is I can drop off car and go use the EoS gym across the street. They give you also a free car wash coupon for the Airport Carwash, also next door! The guys finish my car then drive it over to car wash themselves. I workout an hour come out pay the bill then walk over to pick up a clean car ($20 car wash free!). Best deal, great customer service. Highly recommended. read more

A little expensive here, but my synthetic oil is never cheap. They do a great job. Brought my truck and my wife's car in within a week of each other. Great results both times.
