Chris came exactly on time, and after an inspection, told us it was going to a relatively easy and reasonable fix. He even had the part he needed on his truck! We had the owner and one of his technicians come out for an estimate, after getting a quote from another company I reached out to Airria to get a second opinion. I read their reviews, which lead me to them, and let me tell you, if I could give them a 10 star review I would!!! I called Saturday and they came out Monday. They inspected both units we had. We were told by the other company that we should replace both units but the older one definitely was a ticking time bomb. Airria came and said yes eventually we would need to replace the older one but they both are working efficient and there are no leaks. Explained everything thoroughly and exactly what it would entail if we needed to replace it. This company is honest, transparent and treats your home like it's their home. I recently moved to Las Vegas and my HVAC unit stopped heating. I contacted a company that advertises heavily. The technician diagnosed the problem as possibly a bad gas control valve and igniter. The part would take two weeks to be shipped and the quote was outrageous. The tech quickly had a salesman visit to quote for a new unit. The quote for a new system was ridiculously high. The HVAC was installed only six years ago and it really makes no sense that the system should already need to be completely replaced. My neighbor, Cary D. HIGHLY suggested Airria Climate Systems. Chris immediately tested the HVAC system and indicated it was the gas valve. Airria's supplier had the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part, Chris picked up the part, returned and installed it. I knew I was going to be replacing my A/C unit so I started getting quotes in March. My first call was to Arria Climate Systems because they advertised "..the lowest AC prices...". When they came over for the Free Estimate they found I needed some replacements for tubing in my attic. Their price for a 4-ton A/C unit with a ten-year warranty, tubing and install was $11,643. First of all, Airria Climate Systems runs a stand up company. Offering fair prices and a no nonsense approach to getting your business, and it shows. I recently was in the market to have my home air conditioner replaced, as it was on it's last legs on an original 20 year old unit. So I reached out to Airria Climate Systems who sent out Chad from the company, who looked over my existing equipment and we discussed options. Chad was very helpful and knew the equipment the and installation process well. He explained to me all my options and told me that Rich, the owner would be in touch to give me an estimate. Rich was very professional, and sent me an estimate that same day which was fair and even offered an incentivised upgraded option. Which would be more energy efficient, and with an added a pre season discount. They offered this because we were looking to install not in the dead heat of the summertime. It pays to do so I guess, as most people just wait till it breaks... So they actually pay it forward for you doing so before that happens. Which was a nice touch, and aided in the overall cost of the upgraded unit in my eyes, as the discount was substantial. They sent out out a three man crew, who were on time, on the arranged day. They introduced themselves and went right to work, draping off the entire pathway and closet leading to my attic upstairs where my my split unit equipment was located. They broke down the old system and they used a winch to lift the new equipment into the attic and a crane to install the evaporator coil outside. Taking great care with the installation of new equipment and removal of the old in the process. The whole install went very smoothly and took most of the day. With Rich the owner himself coming out on-site to oversee the work during the process. After everything was done Chad took the time to go over the new equipment in detail, and how everything worked. He explained our warranty and that they would register our equipment themselves, as well as check back in with us come summertime to look in on the AC unit to make sure everything is operating properly. Which in and of itself is just solid thing for a company to do so after the installation! They also asked if they could document their work for their social media page. Which I was more than happy to help with, after the stellar installation they provided. Which to me speaks volumes. As it says they believe in the quality of their work, as well as the products they offer as a whole. Our air conditioner had quit over the weekend during the longest 110 degree heat streak in years. The company that installed our system 6 years before refused to help as they no longer service residential customers. Not cool. So I called Airria this morning. The lady that answered the phone immediately transferred me to a technician in the field who asked me about the problem. This is very unusual and demonstrates great customer service right off the bat. Generally, you won't get to talk to a tech. I was told they could come out the same day and he did and was right on time. He even called on the way to let me know he was 15 minutes away. Chris diagnosed the issue - thankfully just a new capacitor was needed. He got the air working in 10 minutes. To top it off, since my system was still under warranty (10 years) Chris said they would bill York directly. Unbelievable! He didn't ask for a receipt or any paperwork. This exceeds the standard of service that is customary. I've decided to use this company for all routine service on both my units as well as a couple rental units I have when the need arrives. Normally I take reviews with a grain of salt, but in this case these guys deserve the 5 star reviews. read more

If you own a York system, this is the company to call. We had our brand new top of the line system installed 2 years ago by a shady contractor who is no longer in business, with the solar company who subcontracted him, so when we had our first fail, we could NOT get a hold of him. The company we had been using for our former units could not figure out the problem either, it was anything from bad program on the thermostat to undercharged system. After spending a few hundred dollars on a 3rd company I had hired and who was supposed to be able to service my units failed me as well, since my units went out again on a very hot day in June. I was at wits end, so again I looked on my manufacturers website and found Airria. I actually saw their listing before, but this time they had a website, so I felt a bit more confident. I called and Rich the owner answered while he was on another job. He said he could come out and take a look at my system. Long story short. Rich and his son Chris are absolute professionals. They diagnosed my units and found out that they were improperly installed. After a couple of days trying to figure it out, they did rewiring and made sure my system was running as efficiently as it was supposed to in the first place. Fixing someone else's mistakes and NOT charging me an arm and a leg. It's hard to know who you can trust when you have somebody come into your home. You can trust these guys. I was the first to review Airria, and that was more than five years ago, so I think it's time for an update. I've continued to use them since then, and I've been so happy with their service. After a miserable year in a more miserable rental, I recently moved - again, to a home that I own. My first order of business after some unpacking was to have the furnaces serviced. Scheduling an appointment was easy and efficient, and Chris showed up on time and ready to crawl into the attic. If memory serves, I believe he told me he's Rich's son. After doing what was necessary for the tune-up, he told me that I was going to need to replace a part. But there was no pressure and he said I could wait, since the heating season was almost over. I had no reason to be skeptical, because the system is probably as old as the house, which is pretty up there. And he wasn't telling me that I had to replace the whole system. While here, he obligingly replaced the older thermostats with the ones I brought with me from the house before my rental. When the compressor on one of the A/C units in the house that I rent out in Vegas stopped working, I dreaded receiving a phone call during the middle of the night on the east coast, where I currently reside, from a shady A/C technician trying to take advantage of the situation to sell me an overpriced refurbished compressor or complete unit with a lousy warranty. Instead, thanks to a home warranty service I just started using last year, Complete Appliances Protection, my property manager and I were pleasantly surprised to have the unit promptly replaced with a new reputable brand unit with a good warranty by a straightforward, courteous and trustworthy repairman, Rich, from Airria Climate Systems (ACS) at a very reasonable price. Incidentally, Yelp listed ACS under "Plumbing" when I wrote this review. I could be wrong, but from the company's website, it is seems to me that ACS only works with heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and not plumbing.
