We needed a whole new system due to an evaporator coil manufacture defect issue and they gave us several options to choose from in order to accommodate our budget. We have had literally dozens of visits from HVAC specialists in that time, none of who were able to get the cold air flowing (they replaced the thermostat 5 times, proposed an expensive replacement of our condenser, etc, but nothing worked.).
