We have five ponds throughout our neighborhood, and several of them had ongoing issues--persistent algae problems, fountains not working properly, and poor water quality. Cody and his team came in and immediately took action. They balanced the pH levels in all of our ponds, repaired and unclogged every non-functioning fountain, and provided helpful, forward-thinking suggestions for long-term maintenance and improvement. Their attention to detail and responsiveness have been outstanding. This is the third pond management company we've worked with in just three years, and there is absolutely no comparison--Cody and his crew are 10 times better than anyone we've used before. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely care about the health and appearance of our community's ponds. The bikes were in great shape allowing for 30 miles of travel on the Greenway in 3 hours (with some battery left over at the end). With every course there is close attention to detail, video review and feedback, and very small class sizes (typically 1 or 2 students) which ensures that each student gets plenty of individualized feedback. Each course is taught with the end goal of safety and competency in the water, not just to go through the motions to hit each skill requirement. Sandra teaches property buoyancy and trim from day one. Her methodology is to train future tec divers, and making good habits from the start is easier than breaking bad habits later on. Even if you have no intention of going tec, the extra skill will make you safer and more in control in the water, which is good for your buddies, visibility, and fragile marine life. I've taken many classes with Sandra, starting from open water and going all the way to Cavern, and cannot recommend her enough.
