We looked into a few options for places to purchase a unit & ended up going with one mile storage. The customer service was absolutely amazing & very accommodating. I was able to switch from a bigger unit to a smaller unit with such ease & no hassle. In February of 2025, we ended up finding our own place to move into. We ended up moving to Windsor Commons, which is very conveniently located right up the road from one mile storage. We were able to move all of our items out with no hassle. I was able to cancel the unit quickly without having to pay for this months payment. The units have a lot of helpful equipment to make moving things in & out of the unit easy & smooth. I'm great full for their help. The facility is brand new and very clean. I need climate control storage and these are all climate control units. There are plenty of parking and carts provided by the facility to move your items. Make sure to have your homeowner or renter insurance with you when you rent the unit. Otherwise, you will have to purchase their storage insurance which is quite expensive for what you get. I highly recommended this facility.
