From the start, their communication was clear and professional. Before arrival, I even received a text with a tracking link showing their ETA, such a helpful feature, especially for opening the gate on time without any hassle. They sent Christian, and he was excellent. Very friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. My carpet was honestly in very bad shape, but he managed to bring it back to looking almost brand new. And of course, the price was very reasonable compared to other businesses. I reluctantly had someone come out the same day it took about 25 minutes for them to clean the AC duct. They use a machine, it is pretty quick. They cleaned up after themselves and they were gone. Would I recommend you buy a Groupon from them? No The owner of the company also tried to call me several times but I was busy and did not have time to talk. Would I recommend you use this company? I don't know. I won't be using them again for anything. I just overall have a bad taste in my mouth.
