There isn't much of an ambiance, since it's parked outside of Dirty Jane's Antiques, so I would recommend they add a pop up tent with a table and chairs (if allowed) for those who want to devour the food immediately, and to also draw more attention to the business. You text the business number, list what you want, and give your name, call back number, and pickup time. I literally copied and pasted from the previous text every time using the same template and just changed the food items, for 2+ years. Never had any problem until a couple weeks ago. The owner missed the time, tried to say I didn't list a pickup time, and got an attitude when I responded by sending him a screenshot showing that I did specify a time, as always. I decided to just cancel the order, still 1 hour in advance, and went somewhere else. He responded to this by blocking my phone number, effectively banning me. This is petty, vindictive, and highly unprofessional behavior towards a loyal customer who has supported his business with literally thousands of dollars over 2+ years, all because the owner had to act like someone else was at fault for his simple mistake. I wasn't even upset at all! I was just trying to alert him as rapidly as possible when I realized he had the time wrong so they didn't start the order early. Basic Customer Service - All this guy had to do was say "Oh, I didn't see that, see you at 6pm." No big deal. Instead he gets an attitude and bans a loyal customer for no reason who didn't even say anything negative to him. Completely unhinged. See a therapist dude. It was a mistake supporting that business all this time. Update - within hours of leaving this same negative review on their Facebook page, instead of responding or addressing this situation they have disabled their reviews and removed ALL of their reviews trying to hide this.

I finally found the food truck hide out. The Chattanooga sunday market has all of the trucks in town I think. I believe that there was 10-12 trucks out here. I knew there were trucks here I just could never found them before last sunday. I did get to try 3-maybe 4 of them. This one was especially cute. It is a small trailer/truck that makes small doughnuts right in front of you. They have a small machine that drops out a bit of dough into some heated grease. Then it flows down the tray and another piece of the machine flips them. There is yet another flipper upper thingy the flips them into a cooling tray.There the worker guy scoops them up in your little bag and pours some cinnamon sugar over your doughnuts and then you eat. Nice fluffy and and light as they were still quick warm. So this is a cute little truck with cute little doughnuts inside a very big market.

We both remarked that we've had better Nashville hot tenders and better tenders in general. The Mac and cheese was just okay but the greens were the star of the meal. They were flavorful, meaty and had just enough kick to keep things interesting. Good meal overall. I recommend that you try them out. We will return to try other menu items.

Of our favorites are the fries, the collard greens, green beans, and mac and cheese. The chicken strips are very crispy, the meat is just a little dry but the flavor is great with even the mild level heat having nice heat. We also got the catfish which has a perfect crust and perfectly cooked inside. The baskets come with sauce and you get two per order. Probably more than you'll need.
