Joe was very courteous and patient but was able to quickly diagnose our dryer issue. He gave me a quote and said he could repair it right then and there. The gentle man that I was speaking with on the phone said it sounded like the microwave door latches needed to be replaced. When the technician Joe showed up at my house the next day he stunk like a cigarette. He preceded to take pictures of the serial number on the appliance. In conversation I told him that the same Kitchen Aid microwave that I have is currently 499.00 dollars at Lowes . He then told me with out doing any diagnoses that the repair was going to be 450.00 dollars so I was better off just buying a new microwave. He also said nowadays the microwaves that they manufacture are throwaways and that when they go bad you throw them out and replace them with a new one. Now if that is the case why didn't the gentleman on the phone when I called them explain that to me. It seems to me they just wanted the 121.00 dollar service call fee that I paid them. Ironically I looked up on line the prices of the switches and they were 24.99 each. I also took apart the control panel and cleaned the switches and now the microwave door switches work fine. I also wanted to add that we used Georges appliance repair in the past and we had no issues. So we were not a first time customer. When I called Georges after I fixed the latches I got nothing but a lot of crap from the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone.

    Came to check out their dish washer and refrigerator. Spoke with Frank Nwosu and he was able to…read moreassist!!! Super friendly guy and direct. He didn't try to up-sell or convince me to go with another product. He showed us what they had in stock on the floor (which was pretty low but it was like that everywhere) and let us be. When we finally decided, he was able to get us set up and provided us with the details of the process and estimated delivery dates. His personality was great - laugh and smile. We were making jokes and felt really comfortable with him. He's really a down to earth guy. If you go here, ask for Frank and he'll be able to assist.

    Yesterday I went to pick up a tv that I paid for the day before, it was supposed to be on a truck…read morethat was coming in at noon, to my surprise the tv wasn't on the truck and I feared I was going to get the run around. I asked for the mgr , who's name was Tom and the first thing he said is," this is on us,it's our mistake and I will get you out of here with a new tv of equal value". Turns out I got an even better tv 5" bigger and a better brand and he worked it out so I paid $100 less than the sticker because of their error. Look, nobody wants to get jammed up but between Tom and Freddie, who is a great representation of the company I was very satisfied, I walked out of there with my tv and I did not have to suffer through arguing with anyone . I'm a big fan of Tom and Freddie now, they handled my situation as well as I could expect !!

Washer breaks after only 3 months and I have to deal with manufacture while I'm still.paying on it. I shouldn't have to!     Horrendous experience. Lies on top of lies on top of lies. My living room has been furniture-less…read morefor 3 days now. We were given a Monday delivery date, and like most upstanding normal human beings, we moved the old furniture out Sunday. We had a positive delivery date and even time window. Monday came and excuse number one. We were promised to be the first delivery the following day (today) get a call thinking they were on the way....nope, cancelled again. So here we sit in our home with 2 children and nowhere to sit in our living room. When speaking with the rude and condescending manager who likes to speak over women instead of listening, he asked us what we wanted him to do...well, just follow through with your promise of delivery. Now you tell us that maybe you can get to delivering it at the end of this week, maybe next?? Unacceptable as a manager in a larger customer service oriented business. We have contacted corporate and are waiting a response. The next avenue is the Better Business Bureau. Especially after reading so many similar reviews about this manager. How this man is still a manager is mind blowing to me. You can't close the store to lift a finger and help deliver things you're required to fulfill WITH PAYMENT RECEIVED, but you'll sure as the day is long sit there and take more orders knowing full well you can't deliver the merchandise you've already sold. Aarons should fire this manager and save more people this enormous headache.
