I wouldn't recommended coming to this place. They say walk ins welcome but literally pay no attention to you. When you finally think it's your turn they have an "appointment" or they have something to do. Experienced exactly what everyone else was saying about them having favorites and skipping walk ins. First time. Came in. Didn't wait long at all, especially for a Saturday. They had The Office on the TV, which was a plus in my book. Saw Ivan. Told him I wanted a taper fade around the back and sides and to chop off a few inches from the top and to thin it out too. He did great! Worth the $18 + tip. read more

Got here at 8:05am. Three customers getting hair cut. Was told that they would be right with me. Another guy shows up after I've been there for 20 minutes. We wait until 8:50. They take the other guy right in front of me and tell me sorry he's so and so. You have to be kidding me. I told you it was my first time here when I got there. At this point I've been here for 45 minutes. Tell me that you have appointments and it could be an hour and a half before you even start a haircut; so I can choose to wait or go elsewhere. Good barbers, however the only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is simple, the have favorites. I called once and asked what time they closed, then I asked if they take appointments and the barber said no just walk ins. So after work I went to the shop and took my seat then other people walked in and started talking to the barbers and they chopped it up like they were friends. All of a sudden two or three guys jump in front of people that were waiting before they ever entered the shop. Just because they were "friends" or whatever they were still is not fair to people that actually wait. I wouldn't mind this at all if they took appointments but if you're truly a walk in barber shop, stick to the script. Last time I go here...it was ridiculous. read more

I tried many shops and barbers, until just walking in here accidentally. Ever since that day I have been going back and have had almost every barber cut me. Walked in and got taken back after a while, no complaints as they actually care about their customers and the work they do. Great atmosphere, and the pricing wasn't bad at all for a fade and lineup. Today's service with this company has absolutely tainted my view of their customer service. My son had an appointments at 1:30 pm today and because not 1 barber in the store called my name for service at 1:30. It is now 3pm and even with an appointment we have not had the service let alone at the time scheduled. Very disappointing and when I called to complain the owner told me there was nothing that can be done and hung up the phone. The guys here are very welcoming and know how to cut. They are kid friendly and make you feel as if you have been going there forever. The cut you get for the price you pay is good. The place is always clean and the TV's that are mounted everywhere always have something good playing. If I had young ones I would for sure be taking them here. I have seen them work great with kids. They are also very diverse when it comes to cutting hair. They literally cut all hair. Not many places where you will find such a diverse range of loyal customers. I highly recommend them. read more
