This review is in regards specifically to the Garage location. First of all, it pains me to leave a negative review as we have, literally, used MasterPark (primarily Lot B) for the past 15 years as frequent travelers. For this last trip, we reserved ahead of time for the Garage - AS WE ALWAYS DO. Upon arrival to pick up our car, we followed the standard procedure of calling to request a pick up at the airport. After 20 minutes of not seeing a Garage shuttle (but 3 shuttles for Lot B), we called to say we were still waiting (in the January cold, mind you) and the person who answered the phone (male) abruptly responded with, "I'll send a shuttle." and then proceeded to HANG UP on my husband. Five minutes later, a shuttle FINALLY shows up at the pickup location before ours. So we haul our bags down to get on when the shuttle driver says, "I'm full. Wait for the next shuttle." We exclaim we have been waiting for 25 minutes and he relents after loading up another party and finds room for our baggage, as well. And when we board, we find three available seats for two of us to use. Plenty of room for two travelers. When we arrive to pay for our parking, my husband is met with a very rude and curt cashier (notable tattoos on his arm) - we highly suspect it is the same male who answered the phone and hung up on my husband - who, literally, slams our receipt on the counter after we pay. Unbelievable. We have NEVER been treated so rudely at MasterPark as we have today. Parking rates at MasterPark have only increased significantly in a short period of time - especially since the pandemic, but we continued to use their services because of the courtesy and convenience. In addition to price, both of those qualities have degraded greatly. Looks like it may be time to explore other options for airport parking and getting to and from SEA! read more

Huge increase in rates matched by huge decrease in service. Over $40 per day after hidden living wage fee and taxes. First shuttle was full. Driver says so sorry, there will be another in 5 min. We called in to let them know the first shuttle was full. 10 minutes later one shows up. Then drives by and ignored us ...haha literally ran after it and yelled out that he drove by us. Finally caught up to it and asked the driver if he saw or heard us. He says so sorry very busy didn't see you. The other passengers said even they heard us and told the driver but he kept going... They said that guys going to be mad when he catches up. It's not entirely drivers fault but poor management. They know how many people are coming when bc it's in the system... Rates are almost double now. It's cheaper now to take an Uber if any more than 3 days. And there is the light rail now They will stay busy bc general demand and drive up price bc reduced supply. I recommend to look for alternatives. read more

I always park here, MasterPark Lot G when I fly out. I will continue to park my car here. Convenient drop off and quick pick up at the airport. I've never had any issues till yesterday. 2 stars due to theft. I have a designated phone charger that I do not remove. I know the charger was in my car because I used it the day of my flight. Plus, I forgot my phone walking to the shuttle I had to go back and get it. When I did, I had to unplug the phone from the charger. I brought a separate charger in my carry on so I know I didn't take the cord in the car with me. When I picked up my car last night the 20th, I was tired and didn't plug my phone in when I got into the car. This AM, there's no white cord in my car. There's going to be theft at airport car lots. I always do a sweep and make sure I don't have anything of value when I leave my car. It's a charging cord, no biggie. Just a reminder to not leave anything in the car... not even a charging cord. read more

I've used MasterPark Seattle as a corporate employee for decades. Service was always great; five stars. However, we used MasterPark Seattle Lot B parking for personal travel May 11-21. The drivers were great; fast, friendly and courteous. Yet upon returning, I was quite tired from a full day of travel, and when I went to desk to pay, I had forgotten whether I had prepaid or not. I also had questions about how I was billed, as we returned earlier than we planned. Though there was nobody else in line and there were three staff persons behind the counter, I felt I was treated rudely. When I was checking my email for the reservation, I was told to 'take your time; I'll be here all day'. I felt that was unnecessary, as they the three staff persons were doing nothing else but looking at me. Furthermore, once I found the reservation in my email and showed him, he told me to read the last sentence. I felt upset and disrespected. So though I've been a repeat Masterpark customer for decades, they lost me. I don't have any reason to continue being so and will be looking at alternatives. 5 stars for the drivers. 1 star of the desk staff. read more

We have used this particular parking garage for years. Primarily because of the friendly efficient service both in the garage and the airport shuttles. This morning we misplaced a phone somewhere between unloading the car and arriving at the airport when we discovered it was missing. A phone call had them searching the car for us, checking our path to the shuttle van! No phone, they even had us call the phone to see if they could hear it ringing? It rang in the shuttle. Place was easily accessible and easy to find. Unfortunately though the driver was extremely unprofessional and drove WAY TO FAST to the point where I felt unsafe. He proceeded to turn around and laugh when my partner and I started talking about how he was going way to fast. Jackpot, these people have a system, know and practice it well! The instant we pulled in and opened our vehicle doors we were greeted, informed of the process and prompted through. I most appreciated the driver of the van that took us to the airport pointing out where we were, how to cross over to the airport and to come back to that spot calling them to pick us up. They take pictures of your car and seem to keep things very secure. We surely plan to use them again. We did have a Groupon this time which made it affordable for us. read more

The paint was chipped off one of my rims. I called 3 consecutive days and I was placed on extremely long holds. Today however I said I would wait. After waiting almost 22 minutes my phone began to buzz and on the other line master park was calling me. So I hung up from hold. Troy said they had pictures but he wasn't willing to look at them because it had been more than 48hrs. Their game is to leave you on hold so long that you get frustrated and hang up so they don't have to pay for the damage that they have caused to your vehicle. read more

My husband and I have used MasterPark Valet Garage many times when going out of town. Unlike other airport garages, they park the car for you. You pull up to a check-in spot, hand over your keys, and they take care of the rest. Sometimes the shuttle driver, or another worker, assists with getting your bags from your car to the shuttle. Drop-off and pick-up at Sea-Tac are always at the same spot with all the other shuttles at the airport garage, so you do have to take an escalator or elevator up one floor to get to skybridge leading into the airport. At pick-up, I called ahead (our flight got in earlier than we thought), and we arrived back at MasterPark, our car was ready and waiting. All in all, it's a super smooth process, and we will use them again. Taking off a star because they charge you a "living wage fee" since the minimum wage in Seattle went up to $15. Just pay people. With 5 garages in the area, I know they can afford it! Tip: be sure to use the coupon codes online when you book your reservations! Especially if you will be gone for a week or more. read more

Wished I could give them ZERO stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Parked at the Garage because my flight was getting back way late - 1AM - and I wanted my vehicle to be ready to go. Upon arrival I notified them I was ready for pickup. 20 Mins later I arrived at the garage, but where was my vehicle? Not to be seen. The excuse I was given "not enough drivers here this late". So how is that the customers problem? When my vehicle was finally brought to me, I mentioned to the driver about this being unacceptable and was complaining to corporate and he laughed in my face. The next day, I called the manager of the garage and all he could say was "Sorry, that's late at night and we don't have many people on-hand" - I asked "how is that my problem?" He had no answer. When I said I was running it up the "corporate ladder" his response was "do what you gotta do" - seriously? I then left a message for the VP of Operations, but I've yet to get a call back. I gave them feedback via their email soliciting feedback and told them what happened and that I would never come back and would make sure all of my friends and anyone traveling knew this. A few hours later I received a call from someone who identified themselves as the "Marketing Director" saying they read my feedback & reviewed the video of my arrival and it did appear the person bringing my vehicle to me had a "smirk" on his face but they couldn't hear the audio, and this employee would be dealt with. Again, I got the story 'we don't have many people on-hand that late' and I told him the same exact thing I had in my review and that I would never come back. This guys attitude changed like Jekyll & Hide - "Well thank you very much, Sir!" he said in a very sarcastic way with a strong & elevated voice. Then he continued with "Let me tell you something" and proceeded to get belligerent, so I hung up on him. Seriously? I was first skeptical about the service when I reserved online, because there online system was not mature - you don't have an account to view reservations, and there's no way to see the estimated cost. But the service ended up being very good. When we arrived the garage, we just had to hand the car key to them and wait for the shuttle. It took 5 minutes and we were the only passengers on the shuttle. When we were back, we requested pickup at designated location, and waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle. Again, we were the only passengers and they didn't reduce the shuttle frequency to make us wait longer. Done with this place!!! I have using this garage for me and my family since they opened this unit. Over the last 2 years the service has become intolerable. Last night, Sunday October 28 around 10:30 pm. It took over 40 minutes to get on shuttle that were constantly full. Passed by by at least 7 shuttles at 1C. Couldn't walk down to 1A as I had my 7 year old daughter and luggage. Then when arrived car was not prepared despite pre-pay. 4 people inside watched as I looked for My car with my luggage. We fly 25 business and family trips a year. I will use all my accumulated points as result of 5K in spending over the last 3 years The convenience or inconvenience factor no longer equates out. Uber is now a more efficient method too and from airport without the need to take a shuttle or wait around for a shuttle. Could have been home within 25 minutes to west Seattle. This has now happened 4 consecutive trips when the kid is in hand. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I will use my points for my individual business trips then I'm out of this BS. No even an apology for me or the other 20 people on shuttle when we finally got on with at least 10 people standing. read more

Went on a vacation for a week and parked my car on lot G. Coming back home, we got picked up at the airport fairly quickly. Paid what was due and headed to our car which was parked just outside the office. I took a visual walkaround the vehicle and found a 6" dent on the front passenger quarter panel. Called the attention of one of the Masterpark Associate and showed them the damage. The guy took pictures of the damage and gave them my contact information. They said the manager/owner will review the camera footage and find out what happened. Well, 3 days later, Mr. Troy Hashimoto, (manager) wrote me an email saying that Masterpark is not taking responsibility. He even indicated that "normally", damages on cars parked at this Garage is more extensive than just a dent. I started reading other reviews and that is true. So folks, think twice before deciding to park here on lot G! I had better experience on other Airport parking businesses before this happened. Or better yet, take other alternatives for airport services. I hope this helps. UPDATE: The manager read my review and has offered a compensation. I believe in 2nd chances so I accepted his compromise. Make every effort to make sure your car is okay the next time you get your keys back. I know I will! read more

There was honestly nothing better than getting off a 15 hour flight and having the ease of having my car waiting for me in the garage. The shuttle driver was so kind and called in my car (in a rush, I didn't use the phone to call it in) and it was backed in and ready to go when I arrived. Huge fan. Great service. 10+ year customer and will now use Wallypark. Made a reservation at the garage and called in advance to make a reservation and to have the car detailed while we were away for the weekend. Told we didn't need a reservation to have the car detailed, just fill out the form when we arrived - which we did. Then Saturday night we get a call saying they were too busy to detail the car and that I should have called ahead!! Then Sunday morning, knowing we would have an additional 2 hours before arriving to get our car, I called and asked if the additional time would allow them to detail the car and was told not to worry - the detailers already have your car and are working it now! Great, I thought. Only when we arrived to collect the car I found we'd again been lied to and nothing had been done. Apparently too much to ask for Masterpark to live up to their word and simply do what they said they would do. And that folks, is how a business loses a previously loyal customer. read more

I used the MasterPark valet garage because my regular choice (WallyPark Premier) was full. The pricing is comparable and I like leaving my car indoors. What I don't like is coming back to find the seat is in a different position, the steering wheel setting is changed, and the radio is on a very different station - one I've never listened to and isn't adjacent to my presets. Either someone was joyriding in my car or they were partying in it. I complained and a week later the lot manager said he was almost finished 'reviewing tapes' but now it's been another 8 days without a peep. I suppose this is the downside to valet parking, but I would have at least expected an apology.... read more

This is a review for the NEW valet garage located between lots B and C. Sometimes I don't want to ask for a ride to the airport--even when my friends or family owe me. I have parked here a few times and have had consistently efficient and secure service. It is much less than parking at the airport, and though it's a few bucks more than other lots, the perks and service are well worth it! ARRIVAL: 4 stars As you pull into the garage off of International Blvd., an attendant walks out to give you a claim ticket and park your car. Typically I have seen them also help unload bags, though I usually handle my own. They could earn one more star here if they smiled a little, but, hey, they are quick and efficient which is really all that matters when you are trying to catch a flight. From this point, you board the yellow shuttle to literally be whisked away to the airport (and I mean "literally," so lay your luggage flat instead of upright or it will fall). UPON RETURN: 5 stars You call from the phone at one of the shuttle islands, and since they circle the area regularly, your shuttle is probably not a long wait. Just be sure to get on the shuttle marked "G" for "garage" or you'll end up at the wrong lot! While you are on your way, they pull your car out, and have it ready with the trunk open for you. When you arrive from the shuttle, the driver hustles out and helps everyone with their luggage. Both times I can remember, he was so quick i couldn't even catch him for a tip. The second time I had to go after him to tip! CHECK OUT: 5 stars Again, very quick and efficient! There is cold water waiting there on the counter, they are swift and don't waste any time! Again, a smile might be nice, but then again, weary travelers just want to get HOME so I didn't mind the brevity. TIPS: Alaska Air has check in kiosks in the waiting area. Also, when you check out use the web coupon from their website. Or, if you have one then using your AAA card gives you a better deal than even the coupon. Also, Alaska Air Mileage Plan members get bonus miles so be sure to give this number too for added benefits! All in all, it is worth it to me to pay a couple of extra bucks more a day to park here than in the lot. This was especially handy in the wintertime when my car came back to me frost-free and a tad warmer than it might've sitting in a lot! Our flight got cancelled so we came back 2 hours after we dropped off our car and they charged us $25 bucks (while they said it was $17.50 when we dropped it off). Who would charge full price for 2 hours of parking?! No sympathy at all. Very sketchy! We are cancelling our 5-nights reservation and going to WallyPark instead! Best off-site parking garage at Sea-Tac, period. Nothing else comes close to the quality of the service you get at Masterpark. The process of dropping off your car is super easy and fast, the shuttles move you quickly to the airport and the staff are all very professional and friendly. I am super picky about where I park my car and always concerned about door dings, never had an issue here. Shuttles are always running around and are quick to pick you up at the end of your trip. I've tried twice and it's been bad both times. I've had my Honda Pilot detailed here twice. It seems so convenient. I'm on a business trip and can leave my car to get cleaned. Who doesn't love coming home to a clean car? Especially a busy mom. Well think again. For what you pay ($375 for my Pilot) it's a terrible job. The inside of my back door clearly never even got wiped down. No shiny anything on the inside. The seats are wiped down but no treatment on them. The doors are wiped but dusty already (3 day trip). There's remnants of a poor vacuum job. This is just not worth the convenience. Find a place closer to home who will give your car the TLC it deserves! read more

I've tried other parking services in the past... my experience at MasterPark was simply the best! Upon arriving, we parked our car and checked into their office. Free coffee, tea, and water is provided customers free of charge! The check-in process was seamless and the driver was extremely courteous! It was definitely more than we could've asked for at 0300! Upon arrival, we called the front desk for pick-up. We waited LESS than 5 minutes! NOTE: We learned that if you're waiting for the driver, you must wait in section 1 or 3. Anywhere outside of those areas - the driver isn't allowed to pick you up! Once arrived, our car was neatly parked in reverse with the trunk up, so that we may easily stow away our baggage. Master park Garage has been my least favorite of all of the parking garages at Sea Tac and out of habit I have used them more than any other. They are the most expensive, because of the undercover parking. However on a couple occasions they have parked my car outside because they ran out of room but I still paid the same price. Their shuttle schedule is terrible. On almost all occasions Master Park A, B and C shuttles all arrive before G arrives. Why is that the case? They've gotta do something different with their business model because the price we pay for parking here surely warrants better service and more amenities. They can do way better. I am editing this old review because I was an idiot and decided to use them again to give them another chance and they disappointed me yet again. Three Lot A, Two Lot B and Three Lot C buses came by before I saw the first Garage bus which was completely full. Why am I paying such a high premium for such poor service? I've been parking here since I moved to Seattle about four years ago. What the other positive reviews say is spot-on. Someone is at your car before you've shut off the engine, your bags are taken to the van, and off you go. The return shuttles don't show up as often as I'd like, but it's generally not more than 10 minutes. As others have mentioned, there are a bunch of fees tacked onto whatever the rate is, so don't expect to pay $89 for a week (or whatever your coupon says). I did have an incident where a valet scraped the front bumper of my car when bringing the car down. An assistant manager (Del) was there instantly, showed me the damage, filled out paperwork and left me his business card as well as his manager's. I spoke to the manager (Nigel) a day or two later and he promised to take care of the scratches the next time I brought the car in. Five months and two cancelled trips later I finally made it back to the garage and the detailers had buffed out the scratches while I was away. Had Masterpark just ignored the damage then this wouldn't be a 5-star review, so kudos to their management for taking care of it. read more

I can't believe how easy and quick it was to drop off my car, and then be shuttled to Sea-Tac. There was no paperwork (I did make an online reservation) or anything. I handed over my car key, and a shuttle bus was already waiting to drive me over to the airport. On my way back, I made a call from one of the courtesy phones. Shuttles were driving frequently, so you get picked up right away and then brought back to the garage. The checkout process was pretty smooth, and as soon as you pay for the parking, your car is already pulled up and ready for you. I get a corporate discount, so the price per day is actually reasonable. Excellent job, MasterPark! read more

Master Park Valet! We left the car and ask how much it is? She answered $17,5! When we arrived the airport all the flights were canceled because of weather. We jumped back to pick our car, it s been only one and half hour! Girl asked $25 !!! One and half hour for $25!! We did not want to pay even $17,5 they charged us $25! What is going on? :) We asked manager and MR. MANAGER Came: his hands were in pockets, smiling, not serious, not respectful! No need to talk him! in this case, so what happened: They did not say right price and we do not think that they are honest! For $25 (which they did not deserve) they lost two direct customers and many indirect customers after word of mouth!
