On April 11, I arrived at MVP parking at 6am. Cars were stacked onto International Blvd and I didn't see any employees moving cars through. As I was waited 2 vehicles went around me and so I followed suit thinking it would be better than blocking the road. I wasn't sure where to go when a man, who was in one of the cars that went around me, came to my car and began yelling (yes yelling) at me. I admit I was in the wrong as I realized I was sitting in the lane to exit the lot...but no one was trying to get out and I want blocking anyone. Rather than asking me nicely to move out of the lane and show me where to go, he shouted at me to get out and leave. I ignored him and walked into the office as I had prepaid my parking. A man behind the counter dismissed his demand to not help me and processed my ticket. I have never been treated so poorly as I was that morning. I was appalled. I seriously doubt it's any skin off their nose that I'll never be back, but I don't recommend this business, to anyone read more

My shuttle to the airport on 10/18 at 8AM was great. Wonderfully kind shuttle driver. My shuttle and general experience on the way back to my car on 10/20 at 9PM was the worst I've ever experienced. Shuttle drove right by me, my arms flailing. It was completely empty. I called the dispatcher who said he'd send him back. Assumed he'd be back in a couple minutes, so I watched literally every shuttle go by to ensure he didn't miss me again. 20 minutes later a guy pulls over and the automatic doors open. Driver doesn't say anything or even get up from his seat, so I stowed my own luggage and sat down. Driver eventually asked if I was going to Star or MVP, so I told him Star and gave him my parking spot number. A few minutes later the shuttle abruptly stops and the doors open but he says nothing. "Is this my stop?" I asked. "It's the number you gave me," he said. I collected my luggage and got off the shuttle. I drive around the poorly lit lot for several minutes, unable to find the exit. Part of the lot is gravel and I wasn't sure it was even part of the same lot at first. The one exit I saw was blocked off, so I called the dispatcher number back and asked how to exit the lot. This is where it gets really wild. He says, "I just opened the gate three times for you and you didn't see it," in a VERY snarky tone. I replied that it's dark and I obviously didn't see what/where he was talking about. He then said, "there are exit signs everywhere," in same snarky tone. I saw ONE exit sign and it was the exit that was blocked off by cones. I told him I didn't appreciate his tone and that the shuttle driver was a jerk to me, and he said, " He drove by you three times and waved and you didn't see him!" which was a complete LIE that maybe the driver told him to cover his butt. I said that wasn't true and the dispatcher cut me off as I was finally heading to the correct exit. "Have a good night!!" he said sarcastically at which point I told him to F off because I was MAD and hung up. As I exit and make a right onto the street, the guy is outside on the sidewalk waiting for me, flipping me off with a smug look on his smug face. I have NEVER had such terrible customer service in my entire life, and I cannot believe that either of these two men haven't been fired. read more

We arrived to one of the designated bays at 10:56 pm on 1/5/25 and I immediately called MVP to request a pickup. The dispatcher was hard to understand and didn't provide an ETA for pickup, and hung up without saying goodbye or anything, which was a little odd, but I brushed it off. It's important to note that when I called, there was no traffic whatsoever around us nor in the uber pickup area, and it was about 45 degrees. We waited 15 minutes before I called back to request an ETA (exact time was 11:10pm). The same dispatcher picked up (I later got his name when picking up our car - Devante). All he told me was that there is traffic and something about the driver being somewhere near a cell phone tower? It was really hard to understand him. Again, he hung up without even a goodbye (call lasted exactly 26 seconds before he hung up). By 11:20, still no sign from them. I called again, spoke with the same dispatcher, and by this time, I'm irritated, cold, and developing a headache from being out in the cold. I requested and ETA again, and the same dispatcher said that he had no ETA. I asked him how that's possible, asked him if he had a way to track the van and he hung up on me mid sentence. Duration of this call was 26 seconds. While we waited, I saw other shuttles making second and even third rounds, some of the second rounds were the same drivers we'd seen when we first arrived to the bay. I called one last time at 11:32pm. I asked again what the ETA was. Dispatcher called driver without acknowledging me, had both of us on speaker phone and told driver that he had me on the line asking again what the ETA was. Driver said, "I don't know what to tell you, tell her to look around. There's massive backups and nothing I can do about it. I have people in the shuttle right now, no one else is complaining." Of course no one else is complaining, no one else has been waiting for 30+ min in the cold 5 hours before their scheduled shift starts, I thought to myself. At that point, I let out a laugh and hung up on them. Duration of this call was one minute. About a minute later, shuttle arrives, you can tell he's driving rather fast. He drops off his passengers and lets us in. He asked us how we're doing, we told him not good. I proceeded to explain my displeasure with their customer service and he simply dismissed my concerns by saying that it's not his problem, his only concern is getting through the traffic buildup. He picked up one other passenger a few bays away and then drove like a maniac to our final destination. The sad thing is that this isn't the first time we've waited longer than normal times for a shuttle through this business, this just happened to be the worst. Our experience was so bad it was almost comical. The employees were bantering and making their voices echo on their walkie-talkies so much that the driver couldn't communicate with them. The driver kept leaving the shuttle every few feet to help with other duties until multiple customers confronted him about needing to get to the airport. Not an exageration, it really took us 30 minutes to leave the lot. He then proceded to yell back at us to get information they forgot to get while checking several people in. On our return trip it took 25 minutes instead of the estimated 10 minutes to pick us up from the airport and when we got our car there was an uncovered cup of coffee in our cup holder that was not ours. read more

I DO NOT recommend either MVP Parking or Star Parking. These guys have you by your privates and treat you (the customer) like a cash cow. There are better places to park nearby, with better customer service and a better parking experience for the same or better price. Shop around. No reason to book here given how many options there are near SEA. I travel 4-6 times a month and this place is a new low for airport parking. I had a week long reservation here back in November and when we returned we waited a very, very, long time for a shuttle, which finally came... and then drove right past us despite an empty van and our frantic waving. When we finally got back to the car it had a new flat tire. A couple days ago I booked a spot for a quick 24 hour trip on the Ways app for Star Parking, only to arrive and find it's the same place as MVP. I decided it had been awhile and even though the lot is basically just a gravel pit, it was fine for one day. Their scanner wasn't great and it took a long time/many tires to use the barcode to enter. Then I drove around trying to find an open spot. Finally an employee (manager? owner?) came walking towards me. I thought he might have been trying to help me find a spot, so I motioned towards one on my left to verify that's where he was directing me. Apparently that made him big mad and he just started screaming and swearing. I drove closer and rolled down my window and he began berating me about how my reservation didn't start for another hour and I needed to pay for another full day. My reservation was an hour later, but the airline had let me know the same day they were having issues and told me to come early, so I here a was, a whole hour early. Most lots give a grace period of an hour or two on either end, but I would have been happy to pay for an additional hour. I calmly and politely let him know payment wasn't a problem, and also that how he was approaching me wasn't awesome. He just kept yelling and cussing and then told me to just leave. Um, ok? I canceled the reservation via Ways and parked at Jiffy - literally across the street and $5/day cheaper, actually paved instead of a gravel pit, and with employees fit to interact with the public. Thanks Jiffy! And thanks angry yelling dude, your absurd and unprovoked rage issues helped me realize there is a great lot for less across the street. I hope you get some therapy. read more

Booked MVP Parking over the holidays. Flight delays and Alaska Airlines messing up baggage claim made my arrival to their lot 2 hours later than expected. 30 minutes of that was me waiting for their lone shuttle bus to arrive and pick me up. I figure everything was good having prepaid, then they told me I owed an additional $28 because we dropped off early(completely false) and arrived late (delays from fights and them). Pretty petty to charge this extra money considering everyone is dealing with delays and cancellations. Will never use them again. read more

The service was fast and when I texted for the pick-up, I did not wait for more than 5 minutes. It's less than a mile from the airport. Use the barcode from your reservation to scan when you arrive. When you leave the parking lot, scan your reservation code from your email again. Star Parking is the same as MVP Parking. read more

Had a poor experience upon returning to my car at MVP.  Parked there recently for a couple days stay.  Upon return, my car's battery was completely dead.  The lot attendant helped to jump it but then I noticed that 3 dashboard warning indicator lights related to ABS were illuminated.  So, I took my car to the shop and paid the diagnostic fee to get it all sorted out.  I called MVP to tell them of my experience and was met with significant resistance from Tim (manager there) who would not accept any responsibility and was very harsh in his tone, calling me ignorant. Additionally, their website is poorly maintained as the 'Submit Feedback' tool is broken.  Disappointed with my experience at MVP. read more

My email records show I have parked there exactly 30 times over the last 6 years and I had left a 5 star rating in 2017. My last experience however was terrible and I don't think I'll ever go back. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING YOU SLIGHTLY CARE FOR in the car until they get this sorted. I want to emphasize there was never any hints of anything like this in the last 6 years, they now have a bad apple in staff and they need to get that sorted. When I picked my car on 03/23/2022, I noticed a couple of odd things but it was late at night and I was too tired and just wanted to get home after a long flight. A dusting brush I normally keep in the glove box was on the passenger seat. They normally leave the trunk open to make things easier for you when you return but unlike the car in front of me, mine was closed and locked. Later on, I noticed a bunch of missing items. An irreplaceable pair of gloves with a lot of sentimental value to me was missing from the center console, a pair of snow shoes and a parcel I had in the trunk to mail later were no longer there. Petty crime, nothing of significant financial value, some were irreplaceable but the worst part is the feeling of being violated when people go through your stuff and take things. My car has a dash cam and it normally starts recording after the engine start and continues to record for a few minutes after it's turned off. It hasn't captured the act but has captured extremely and obviously suspicious behavior with no explanation from the attendant who fetched my car. They are the only person at the lot at the time. Erratic moves after parking the car, waiting for 2 minutes and then running to where the car was parked before and walking back a minute later. I've shared the footage with the owners and filed a report with the SeaTac Police. It also happens that the footage from their own surveillance cameras covering the area in question is not available and can not be retrieved for technical reasons. Of course it's not definite proof and not much can be done about it and I can see why the owners are reluctant to confront the person in question for a whole lot of reasons. I also understand that they get their fair share of people losing things and blaming them for it, this is NOT one of those instances. BEWARE and don't leave anything that you slightly care for in the car. read more

We have been using MVP for at least 15 years, probably closer to 20. The service has steadily declined. Last night I responded to the automated" E-parking text, we are expecting you" and requested a shuttle at terminal one. After 25 minutes of waiting, I then called this time to request a shuttle. Meanwhile, I had seen multiple other shuttles (some twice, same driver). After 32 minutes, a shuttle arrived. So we waited nearly an hour for one shuttle. SeaTac is a disaster, but traffic was an impediment, not the issue. This may be a disfunction in your automated responses getting to your dispatcher, or just using only one van, I don't know the answer. But an hour was inexcusable. Will not be using your service in the future. read more

If I could, I'd give this parking lot 0 stars. MVP owns the adjacent parking lot - Star Seatac, so Iam leaving totally negative reviews for both. I had the worst ever airport parking experience at Star Seatac on December 10, 2023. I arrived around 10:45am (I had a 10:30am check-in time through Way.com and I had paid $108.27 in advance for 10 days' parking). I slowly circled the parking lot and couldn't find a single open space. No one was at the gate or in the small gatehouse at the rear of the parking lot. After 10 minutes of not being able to find a parking space, I drove over to an aisle where the pick-up bus was parked and helping a customer. I figured I could ask the driver where I could park. At that moment, a car drove around the van, and the van driver started backing out to where I was at the entrance to the short aisle. He yelled out 'park in space 152.' I immediately drove up the short aisle (maybe 10 cars) and parked in 152. My wife and I hustled to get our bags out, thinking the driver would be waiting at the end of the aisle. No such luck. He drove out of the parking lot without offering us a ride! There was one other empty pick-up van in the parking lot, but no driver and no one in the service hut. I called the Star service number and I told the dispatcher what happened and how upset I was. He told me the driver wouldn't be back for 20 minutes (even though their website promises van pickups every 15 minutes on a 24x7 basis). He told me to follow the directions and text the parking space. I was livid. I told him there were no directions anywhere in their literature nor any signs in the parking lot and the driver had no right to drive off when we had been circling the parking lot for 10 minutes and hadn't found a space. He said the directions were on the other side of the service hut and it was my problem that I had not looked at that side. He then said because I swore on the phone, he was hanging up and telling the driver NOT to pick me up! He said I could find my own way to the airport. I then called Lyft and a driver appeared in 3 minutes. I paid $21 for the Lyft ride to the airport. I have never seen such total disrespect for customers, and such a lame operation with a single van, with no parking space available even though I had a reservation, and a driver who wouldn't wait for 1 minute to give us a ride to the airport. I tried 3X to leave a negative customer review on both MVP and Star websites and I got an 'error' message when I hit 'send.' I suspect that both sites filter out negative reviews and have phony positive reviews. I also contacted Way.com and told them about my expereince and asked them to get involved. They said there's nothing they can do! I WILL NEVER USE STAR OR MVP OR WAY.COM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT THE VARIOUS THIRD PARTY PARKING WEBSITES TAKE THEM OFF THEIR LISTS. Bill K. read more

Never going to park here again. Landed from LA with family after a great vacation and called them for airport pickup time. The person who picked up the call verbally abused me since I could not locate a ticket number in the order confirmation email. I had order number and other details but that was not enough for him. Later when I reached there to get the car they just used the same order number to check me out! Also, it seems only one guy was doing everything there, admin stuff in office, going airport to pickup and getting car from the parking. So basically they are critically short stuff but this doesn't give them right to behave such low! I DO NOT recommend this business. Stay away from this parking lot, employees don't know what they're doing when it comes to using computer system, made my reservation on line, payed partial payment up front, when I arrived to pick up vehicle there system had my pickup date wrong and when I showed them my confirmation with the payment and the drop off and pick up dates and time they didn't care. I ended up pay more because there employees didn't know how to operate computer system and they said they would give the owner my information and he would contact me, when I contacted him he hung up on me. We were so thankful MVP had parking available since it was Easter weekend. The moment we got there, shuttle came within couple mins to take us to airport. Same w the way back, moment we landed and finally got our luggage, we waved down the driver just in the nick of time. That shuttle filled up quick! Both drivers were gentlemen. PSA: Don't go here If you have been reading Yelp reviews for any length of time, it becomes obvious that some negative reviews are just the result of sour grapes or a bad day and when stacked against the other reviews, the place is not as bad as the picture that is painted. In this instance, this is not the case Please HEED MY WARNING IF the treatment of the two customers that I observed is any indication, YOU WILL GET overcharged and if the machine does not work, and you go inside, you may be spoken to harshly Also please know that the shuttle driver was fantastic and is the only good quality of this business. This review is not sour grapes as evidenced by my other reviews that are mostly positive. When we went to retrieve our car, the automated parking attendant took the ticket and then did not allow us to pay. There was no response to a help button that we pressed, nor where we sure that it worked. Likewise there was no number to call. A car behind us had the same issue. After following the shuttle driver (again super nice and helpful, ) to an obscure office , the two drivers presented their issues with the manager who at first tells them that they have been having issues with the auto attendant all day. When it was explained that the auto attendant kept the ticket, the manager developed an attitude and in a very aggressive tone tells the two different drivers that they should have pressed the button for help and or called. It was explained to him that the button was pressed repeatedly but there was no response and no number. It was explained that the owner would need to be contacted to retrieve our ticket The manager now turns to help the other driver ( the car behind us) and rings her up for a higher fee that what she had been previously charged last week. When the other driver pointed this out tthe manager argued with the other driver that daily fee was understood previously had changed from what was originally negotiated with her. The lady had to figure out how to pay the new increased amount and and needed a few minutes , so she told the manager to helped us which gaging by his facial expressions agitated him further. The manager contacted the owner and got the needed information to process our ticket By this point it was now midnight and both drivers were charged for an extra day despite the fact that the process was started shortly after 11 pm by both of them We paid the extortion and finally was told to exit out via the narrow entrance ( thankfully no cars were coming in as there was no place to go) Never again. For all my remaining flights I will park elsewhere and recommend anyone reading this to do the same read more

I have used MVP more than 5 times with no problem. However last Wednesday night I returned and called for a shuttle. After 17 minutes I called again. The attendant told me I must have missed the shuttle. My wife and I have never missed the shuttle. I said I never saw it. He said you are either lying and don't want me to send back the shuttle, or you are lying and want me to send back the shuttle. Wow??? I have never been treated like that. He was out to intimidate me. I'm not easily intimidated, but this guy was obnoxious. My vehicle was sitting waiting for me, and I was not there because the shuttle had not picked me up, yet he did not follow up, send the shuttle again or call me. When I finally got there he was trying to pick a fight. I do not know what his problem was. As I said, I have never had a problem and had always recommended MVP. That guy does not need to be working at MVP. read more

Being the good person I am i call the office to explain to them what i just witnessed. I am quickly rushed off the phone with the last statement being that happens all the time. Upon dropping off our car I watched the young dude with a standoffish attitude drive 2 cars that were being picked up soon like he was filming a chase scene in a movie. I was a little surprised how fast and aggressive he was in front of a customer. The brakes even chirped on his hard stop. He had a sharp attitude and I asked him if I pay in advance and he snapped at me that I "turn in my ticket and pay when you get back" I told him I didn't have a ticket and he just gave me a stupid look and again with a garbage attitude said he "gave my wife the ticket" and then turned around and faced away from me and went to the bathroom. Guess he was having a bad day :) Upon arrival back we called as soon as we grabbed our luggage. The wait was fairly long (20-25min) as they do not run a shuttle full time and make you call first. The guy driving was awesome! He hopped right out and grabbed all of our luggage. The only other person on the shuttle was a drunk dude that was mumbling to himself and cursing with impatience at every red light. Once back at the lot our car was waiting for us unstarted. It was raining and even though they had the whole canopy they parked us at the back so the car was dry but we had to stand in rain and get the luggage wet to get it in the back of the car. The driver carried our luggage back to the car and was really nice. Now for the worst part, The next day in sunlight we noticed our door handle was chipped up while our car was parked. Bummer. The reviews are great if you catch them on a good day but sadly one bad experience is all I can handle so We will try another lot. read more

These guys were recently featured on Groupon and since I was already flying to Denver, I couldn't pass up the 3 day parking pass. Located on International Blvd not even 5 minuted from SEA, and our experience was great from start to finish. Greeted with courtesy and smiles we dropped off the car, it's a valet type service (you also have the option of having it washed while you are away, that is if you think it's not going to rain, LOL). Within 2 minutes we were shuttled over to the departures area (took maybe 3-5 min). They helped out with our luggage as well. Upon our return all we had to do is use a quick phone at the pickup area, call in our ticket number and within 5 minutes the MVP shuttle was there to take us back to our car, which was already parked up front and waiting for us. Great service all around, will definitely use these guys again. read more

I've parked here a few times and never had any problems. The shuttle comes quickly (5-10 min) when you text the phone number with your pickup location, and your car is ready for you to hop into when you get back! Really appreciate that they get you in and out as efficiently as possible! Parking 2 nights for a weekend trip works out cheaper than taking an uber from Seattle and it's much faster to drive and park here than to take the LINK and bus. Thumbs up, I'll be back! read more

We dropped off our car and the price was reasonable. They took us straight to the airport and on our way back we called to add an extra day and had no problem with that. We had to wait For the shuttle for 15-20 minutes but it finally came. Shuttle driver did not help my husband loading or unloading the suitcases or stroller. This was Christmas morning. read more

You really learn to appreciate a business when you go to a competitor and experience horrible service in comparison. In a rush I ended up at America's Best Value parking and they pissed me off so bad I suddenly remembered the name of the place I had gone to before -- MVP. These guys take your keys when you arrive and park your car and you get go to their cozy waiting room with the comfy black couch. The folks at the desk are always super nice and the shuttle gets you there in no time. Just so hassle free and pleasant, and if you're coming down from Seattle, it's one of the closest ones to get to, and on the right hand side of the street when you're southbound. Perfect When you come back you get a ride pretty quick and by the time you arrive, your car is right up front waiting for you. It's awesome. Reliable, friendly, well priced (I think I had a AAA rate), and just one less thing to worry about when there are so many moving parts on travel day to deal with already. read more

Since I posted my last review, the owner has since contacted me and made amends, fully refunding my last horrid experience and offering to let me park for free the next time I was heading out of town. While this can be an awkward offer, he seemed genuinely apologetic and i took him up on it. I have to say this experience was drastically different - the drop off shuttle arrived in 3 minutes and my pick up shuttle call was answered promptly and I was picked up in less than 5 minutes. My car was waiting for me with the trunk popped and everything was all good. 3 stars since I still have some of the last experience left in my mouth but can see me upgrading to 4 or 5 if I continue to see this level of service in future experiences. One weird thing is that when you drop off, they don't ask for your name or if you have a reservation, etc. You just hand the keys over and they give you a ticket. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it in case anyone was wondering. All in all, a much better experience and hopefully they will keep this up! read more

This place is it for Seatac parking. Cheap (you can save a few bucks with online coupon). I have never waited longer that 10min for shuttle. Never any issues with car afterwards. This has always been a fairly pain free process around my travel. I highly suggest trying them if you need to park it somewhere for a few days, weeks, months... I have never used airport parking before, typically relying on taxis, husband, or good friends. However, this flight was in the middle of a weekday and I needed to pick up said husband en route, so I decided to give it a try. MVP was featured on Groupon, so they seemed like a natural choice. I was not disappointed. It was very easy to find, simple to use, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They greeted us at the car and loaded/unloaded our luggage for us. The wait for the shuttle was maybe 5 minutes and the ride to the airport the same. A quick tip: when you arrive back home, just call them when you get to the pick-up area. We called as soon as we got off the plane (no checked bags), and still by the time we got there, we'd missed the driver's first pass. But not to worry, he was back around lickety-split and we weren't waiting for more than 5-7 minutes. Our car was waiting for us, they put the bags in the trunk, we picked up our keys and were out the door. So easy, so stress free. Thank you! Also, it's worth noting--the drivers are fantastic. I tend to get motion sick, and had not been feeling great that day anyway. But the ride was smooth as silk and didn't bother me at all. Bravo! read more

Update ***9/14/2020 Another successful experience with MVP. Found a Groupon for 3days for $35, which is amazing. I was gone 4 days so the only diff was about $16. They picked me up from the airport w/in 10 min of my call. I wont use anyone else if I don't have to. Fast, friendly staff, affordable. I believe I've used them several times three or four times at this point. I had been gone for three to four days and I believe it cost me somewhere btwn $75- 80 bucks. They will come get you and have your vehicle pulled up and ready to go by the time you get there if you call in advance and let them know your flight landed. Staff is friendly although you probably won't have much conversation or communication with them because it's literally to check in and boom, right onto the shuttle for the airport 2 or 3 min down the road.Cheap inexpensive parking and good customer service. Because of my past few experiences have always been good, I definitely will use them every time I fly out of town, I trust them with my car. I've actually had two experiences where I've had valuables and cash inside my car and everything is exactly how it was when I left it. Hopefully this review doesn't cause cars to get broken into. Really bad experience here, we walked in and instantly got hit by a super strong odor of cigarette smoke. They had papers all over the floor and also a leaf blower, maybe they used the leaf blower to try to clean up the papers lol. Then we had some issues trying to make a reservation, the website was not working and the person helping us was super rude he would just tell us "that's not my problem". Instead of helping us or trying to work with us he would raise his voice like we were children and tell us "that's not my problem" or "maybe you should read things better". Finally we had enough and took our business elsewhere, I do not recommend this place to anyone. We ended up going to Master Park and it went a lot smoother. read more

I have been using MVP for 5 years and its always been great service. You won't find a better deal around. Once, I left my phone on the van - it took me longer to find a pay phone to call them than it did for the driver to come back. You can't go wrong with MVP. read more
