Scary bad driver. Pulled out so fast my husband fell over. Dangerous driver. Van 10 around 9:40am. Tried calling Park and Jet to report. They are not taking calls to speak to customer service! Weaving in and out across lanes, cutting cars. All the passengers were scared. He was drinking an energy drink and seemed wired. We will never use this place again. My go to parking for 5 day trips or less (otherwise it's Lyft) - system easy peasy - sometimes the shuttle can just pass you by or there isn't enough room on it - but only happened to me once in using this place 10+ times. Using next week so tells you what I think. read more

When my family returned from our trip on February 3, we were stranded at the airport around 10 PM with our toddler waiting for the shuttle. We waited over 40 minutes, and one shuttle passed us but was already full and did not stop. We tried calling the operator multiple times for assistance, but no one answered the phone. After reporting the issue, I was told a manager (Ilyas) would call me on February 4 to discuss what happened. No one ever contacted me, and the phone number provided leads to an inactive voicemail. After numerous attempts to get ahold of someone via email, I have given up. Being left waiting at the airport late at night with a young child and no way to reach anyone is unacceptable customer service. The lack of follow-up afterward made the experience even worse. read more

After seeing the 3.3 rating, I was a bit hesitant to use Park N Jet, but I went with it b/c it's so much cheaper than everyone else. I think this parking situation literally couldn't be better! You pull into the parking lot, pay at the window, then park your car right by the shuttle, take the shuttle to the airport, and you're on your way. When I returned, I waited less than a minute for a shuttle (maybe I got lucky? but it seemed like they had several shuttles running). Called out my ticket number to the driver, and by the time we got back to the lot, all the shuttle passengers' cars were waiting right by the shuttle. Picked up my key from the window and I was on my way. Didn't have to find a parking spot, didn't have to find my car in the lot, didn't have to wait long for a shuttle. I will 100% use this service again next time I fly out of SEA. Just make sure you pay attention to which lot you book with, park at the right lot, get on the shuttle for the right lot, and have your ticket handy. read more

I'm not one to write reviews, but I really feel the need to in this case. I've used Park n Jet a few times in the last handful of years. Since I've always had a good experience with them, I went ahead and booked my most recent trip (Feb 2025) without giving it much thought. After booking, I pulled up the reviews and had a minor freakout - there are a lot of negative ones. I was really worried, but it was past the point of free cancellation so I said a prayer and went with it. And, just like all the times before, it was an excellent experience. From arrival to return, everything was efficient and quick. The whole crew was friendly and helpful. So, I'm writing this review, because: 1. I have had many great experiences with park n jet 2. People are more likely to leave a review when they've had a bad experience vs a good one. Think about the hundreds of people that roll through there any given week. The number of reviews are no where near that amount. It's likely that most people have a positive (or at least satisfactory) experience. 3. Sure, there may be times when the shuttle can't come right away; maybe there's a surplus of passengers, or someone is out sick, or whatever. It hasn't happened to me (with Park n Jet, anyhow - but it has with others!) but it makes sense that it could happen - just like it could happen with ANY of the park/transport services. Park n Jet is notably less expensive than the bigger names. So (in my opinion) if it's taking too long for a pickup after I land, i'll just uber there. Not ideal but still comes out cheaper over all. At the end of the day: if you want a guarantee that your car will be ready and waiting for you when you land, spend 5x more and park at the airport. That is the only way. If you want to pay (notably) less, it comes with risks - at any lot. I'm ahead of the game using Park n Jet. read more

I have used this lot 6+ times. ok, it's my favorite lot. Good price, great location, amazing location and easy check in. The shuttle drivers are nice, but expect to wait up to 30 minutes at the airport. They use a text system and a scheduling system. i text, get automated responses, the driver's device has only half the people on the shuttle, he logs us in and when i arrive, no car. i'm not the only one. it's frustrating so late at night. i blame the technology, the people are nice. read more

My co-worker recomend this place to park my car, and another co-woker said to be sure to take a picture of the millage before leaving due to her experience in the pass. So I took a picture of my millage before I left. The first time I dropped my car, it was find and nothing change. But the second time I drop my car off for almost 2 weeks, not only did the mellage went up over 20 miles from the original photos, someone had also dropped like an ice cream type of food on my leather seat and didn't bother to clean it. I didnt notice the dried ice cream till the next day. I was so angry how there was a dried ice cream on my leather seat passenger side. I also notice the staine on driver side like someone have had poop accident. It took a while for these stain to get rid off and bought other cleaning supplies to help re-store what it was before. I don't like driving a dirty car and my car is alwasy spotless. This made me furious on how my car was treated while it was park in their lot. I travel for work and often parked my car in one of this places. I express my dissapointment to my co-worker who suggested Park N Jet Lot-1, she was shocked as well and said she never really pay attention to her car. She suggest that I put this comment for everyone to see and what I have experience. I would never go back to this place and I will never suggest this place to anyone and suffer the dissapointed. read more

Drivers just fly by people at top speed, once you get on the shuttle you have to wait for the driver to manually type every ticket into his phone app, after making several mistakes each person you finally get to leave. dropping your car off is a pain in the ass, there's a sign telling you not to stop and no one was at the window but if you pass the window they make you gtake your car to the exit and go back in line with your car. Drivers and desk people were rude. Shuttle was dirty and really really really hot. read more

We reserved a spot the night before and were able to pay on their website and the total cost for three days was about $40 which is a pretty good price. Park N Jet has both a lot 1 and a lot 2 which are about the same distance from the airport. When we got to the lot we checked in, dropped off the car, and gave the keys to the attendant. Then we got our luggage and waited about 5-10 minutes for a shuttle. Their shuttle comes every 10 minutes to drop off passengers at the airport and our shuttle took about 10 minutes to get to the airport (your experience will vary depending on traffic of course). The drivers were very nice and helped with carrying our luggage on and off the shuttle. From the place they dropped us off it was only about a couple minutes to get inside the airport. When we landed back at the airport we followed the directions to call or text the provided number and they sent a shuttle to pick us up right away. From the moment we sent the text the shuttle took about 15 minutes to come. When we got to the parking lot we got our keys from the attendant and the car was right there for us to drive off. This was my first time utilizing these airport parking lots and overall it was a good experience. There was great service and it was very convenient and smooth from the moment we dropped off the car to the moment we picked it up. read more

Accidentally booked lot 1. Not very customer focused. If you accidentally use the wrong lot online and then show ip at the lot, they don't provide a refund. Instead, they force you to drive to the other lot wasting more time for check in. The attendee first told us it was fine but after unloading our luggage, we were told we had to drive to the lot we booked online. Upon arriving back in Seattle, we used the text number on the ticket claim to call our shuttle. We are still waiting 40 minutes after calling an alternate number. Pay a few more dollars and use a dependable service. Still waiting. read more

Make sure you use the seatbelt on the shuttle. Our driver from airport to lot hit a curb on a center island and I thought we may end up tipping over. Some bags flew off the luggage rack. Thankfully no one hurt. Restrooms at office need help. Maybe all this is why their price to park is lower than others. read more

This is the second time I have used this service. First time was because of the price. After that experience, I was never going to use them again. The second time was because of pure desperation. I had a last-minute trip on Thanksgiving, so I needed last-minute parking. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely rude. He seemed annoyed that we were there to interrupt whatever it was he was doing. He quickly reviewed the check in process with me and told me to drive around the building and put the piece of paper he gave me on the dash. As I was about to drive around, he said "I said to put it on the dash!" Also, we called and told the office that we were ready for pick up. They said it would be there in 5 minutes. We were at the first pick up zone waiting and waiting for about 15 minutes. I call to inquire about our ride, and the person on the phone told me they did a pickup 5 minutes ago, which was not true as we were watching every shuttle going by. I always like to end on a positive note. Our two drivers were polite and helpful. Also, the parking is cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for. read more

Easy to find and easy to park and getting TO the airport is easy but the shuttle to return to the parking lot once you get back from your trip is extremely unreliable. This is my 2nd time using PNJ and there won't be a 3rd. Last time we waited 45 min for a shuttle and it's been over an hour today. Half an hour or so since the last PNJ shuttle came, quickly filled up and the driver told us it would be another 10 min before another one showed. Master Park busses seem to go by every 5 min. I think that's who I will use next time. Everything is OK until you want to get back to your car and then it's just brutal. Currently weighing taking a $25 Uber as PNJ's "emergency line" is just a voicemail inbox no one calls you back from. read more

Will not be using their services again. To begin, I booked through their website and selected my vehicle size (19ft). Upon check in they said my vehicle was too big and they "should be charging me more" but they will "let it slide this time." After unloading our bags and getting into the shuttle, our driver was nowhere to be found. Come to find out the management had called him into their office and disciplined him for over 15 minutes with a bus full of people waiting. On our return, we waited for 25+ minutes for our shuttle to pick us up at midnight. I called multiple times to ensure they were coming and had our vehicle ready for us but they didn't answer the phone. When the shuttle arrived it was PACKED to the brim with people. To the point it was standing room only. Upon arriving at the parking lot, our car was not waiting for us and they blamed us for "not calling ahead to let them know they needed to have our car ready." When in reality, I'd called three times and they never answered the phone. Additionally, our reservation clearly stated the date and time we'd be arriving back at the lot to collect our car. They never apologized or took responsibility for anything. The prices might be good but at the cost of terrible service! Will not be back. read more

100% not recommended. Don't let the average reviews fool you. The reviews over the past 6-7 months are more indicative of our experience. I'm not sure if they are under new management or using a new system, but the ovverall experience was painful to say the least. We waited in the cold for the shuttle for 45 minutes, only to have the driver say that his shuttle was full and another would be 10 minutes behind. 25 minutes later, the same driver comes back around and says that he's the only driver. The driver asked for our reservation number, which we had already texted and left a VM per their instructions. When we finally got to the lot, the attendent couldn't locate the car in the vast sea of vehicles. Eventually had to push the panic button and wait for them to extract our vehicle. All told, we finally were able to drive home well over 90 minutes after we claimed our baggage. I really hope they do something to prepare for the summer travel season and get their staffing organized. read more

I always use them, as I have found their price and overall service good. No issues with pick up, except never knowing what Island number to put down. So, I wind up going down to the Island and then texting them for pickup. Well, this time they earn 2 stars. I was away to 10 days, but got stuck in Miami for 2 days due to the storm. I got back, informed the desk I needed to pay for 2 extra days and was charged $48 extra. My 10 days (1 free day) cost me $98. So, I guess, if all goes well, you are good. If something like being stuck happens, they do not use 'vaseline'. When I had called from Miami to inform them I'd be 2 days later, I was told to make a new reservation and when you do, it is a 3 day minimum charge. read more

What a joke. Park N Wait Two Hours To Be Picked Up is more like it. Will never use this service again. Landed at 9:30 pm on 12/28 and didn't get picked up until after 11 pm. Four vans for Lot 2 came by and kept saying Lot 1 is "7 minutes away." Finally got to the lot and went to get a Gatorade out of their vending machine and it kept my $3 and gave no drink. Person at the counter said "it's not our machine." What a disaster of a business. read more

I've used them for years, shuttles were hit and miss as folks have said, sometimes quick but other times take ~30 min. They've lost me as a customer now though, found my car had a couple new dents in it on pick-up. We filled an incident report, took some photos, and they said they would check the cameras and get back. And surprise surprise they never got back. read more

TOP NOTCH For Park and Jet, just like Marriott or Wyndham their goal is excellence in service. They want customers to give them excellent reviews and hence spread the word and keep on coming back as a loyal customer. This is a very good business model as it is a win-win for everybody. It gets harder and harder to find such companies these days...where the client feels still king.....it is sometimes as if they do not want the client ever to return.... Hiwever, just like Marriott orWyndham it is not a perfect operation and we do not live ina perfect world nevertheless sometimes things do not go as planned. Marriott and Wyndham are then certain to fix the problem if there is one or provide generous refunds in serious screwups. I did have a very unfortunate incident with P&J as a result of a combined mishap at the airlines and a mishap at park and jet which led to a very unpleasant experience. Park and Jet took full responsibility and offered a complete refund of my entire stay!!!! This kind of quality assurance is exceptional and this is one reason why I will keep on using this service. This is the email I sent to ParkNJet after they had broken my KeyFob during the time they had my car. I had parked my 2006 Scion TC in your lot located at 18220 8th Ave S SeaTac, Wa on July 28th and picked it up yesterday August 7th. After paying for the 2 extra days I went to leave and noticed when I attempted to start my car that the key portion had been broken off and jammed back into the now broken fob, see attached pics. I went back into the office and discussed it with two of your employees James and Thang. They told me to write customer service and since i could jam the key back into the fob and start my car I decided to leave and address it as requested. I wrote them the above message on August 8th, received a call on August 10, they denied breaking my key, saying the checked the video camera, how can they see inside my car with the video camera? They did offer me 5 free days in their lot. I declined. I wanted my key fixed, I was told Someone else would follow up with me. I waited until the 21st of August, no one ever called or emailed me. I went by the lot and spoke to a young man who took my info, and told me they would get back to me the next day. No one emailed or called me. I called again on August 23rd. I was told they would call me the following day... nothing. Sadly I read a lot of similar negative reviews after I had my issue, and they all talk about upper management shifting blame and never following through on their promises. It isn't an expensive Fob, and you would think their insurance would cover the cost. I would not recommend parking your car with these people. The people that work the phones and the counter were all polite and professional. Management seems to have an attitude that they do not care about their customers, their lots are full, and they don't need your repeat business. Odds are nothing will happen to your vehicle, but if something does, know that the cost to fix THEIR mistake, will come out of YOUR pocket. read more

We have use Lot 1 of Park N Jet for several years. Pick up on return has always been a little slow, but the rates are amazingly low. We returned last week and it took 30 from the time we called for pick up until they collected us. Two Lot 2 vans went by in that time. When we arrived back at their lot, the pick up van was blocking our car. We got help and got out of there. I am questioning if the low rate is worth the wait anymore. read more

We've used park n jet multiple times now and have been happy with the service. It's much cheaper than parking directly at SEA, and only a bit less convenient. There is almost always a shuttle waiting to go to the airport, or the wait is only a few minutes. On the way home, you can text them when you're heading to the curb and they are usually there within a few minutes. Our car has been immediately available each time we get back to the lot. No walking through the lot or searching for your car! We have had no safety issues. I would recommend park n jet for anyone looking for a more affordable, reliable airport parking. Hi, I parked my car in lot 1 at seattle airport. I arrived at 9:00PM and was out of the airport at 9:35PM. It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to get into the Park N Jet VAN. There was only one van operational at that time for Lot1. I have seen there were 2 vans operational for lot 2. When I tried reaching out to the help line number, they mentioned that they can not do anything here as there are 500 people at the airport for ParkNJet. I was questioning that when Park N jet has got all of this information, why not have multiple pick up vans so that demand can be met. I was not happy with the service at all and will not recommend to anyone. read more

Had a great experience even though I showed up in a Ford Fusion a little late the customer service representative ensured I got through the check in process expediently and then gave me an ETA to the shuttle. This is the worst parking lot at SeaTac. I waited 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport, since the first bus was full. I will not be using this lot again. Masterpark has many more shuttle buses. SeaTac parking does a better job. I will never park here again read more

I just used Park n Jet Lot 1 while away for a week. From online reservations to parking and returning to my vehicle, everything was spot on, friendly and prompt. The shuttle van left the lot for SEA departures as soon as it was almost full. The driver was courteous and efficient as any I've seen. That's what we pay for. In fact, when I returned to SEA I called the automated number from the gate and by the time I reached the pickup point #1, the van arrived in two minutes. When dropped off at Lot 1, my car was right there, ready to go. Easy! Very satisfied and I recall the same result in previous times using Lot1 and Lot2 as well. I think they've got it together and I'll definitely use them again. read more

Shuttle experience to airport was good. Experience from airport to park n jet was horrible. We waited on bus for nearly 30 minutes while driver was off the bus on the phone. When he got back on the bus we drove a few feet only to stop again and watch him get off the bus and get on the phone. We spent so much time waiting for people to arrive. The people on the shuttle waiting were mad. The shuttle was not a constant run like it should have been. If a person does not arrive in time to take the shuttle then they wait for the next shuttle. The shuttle should not be waiting for them. I will go back to Jiffy as the service there is much more timely and efficient. read more

Picking up system broke down!!! Be aware!! Okay parking services when I leave your car to then. But it's not a pleasant experience when i pick up my car. Sent the message to then at 10:18, 10:22, 10:40 and no shuttle came up at 10:50. Had to call their emergency number and they said no shuttle was being sent... Apparently their system is BROKEN. Cheap, but picking up the car was a pain. To take the shuttle back, I had to send a text message using a certain syntax that was not clearly explained. Calling the phone number led to an automated phone tree that kept on resulting in a "system error." When I called their emergency line, it took two calls for a pickup and the person who picked up said he didn't receive any requests for a pickup. A shuttle then came by and drove past me even though I waved at it, per their directions that is the way to communicate to them to stop. Still waiting for the second shuttle... There are other car parking services at the airport that are just as affordable, but more reliable. read more
