I've been using Masterpark a number of years and the process of making a reservation, dropping off, and picking up has always been a great one. The shuttles run regularly and the longest I have ever has to wait is 5 minutes. Every worker I have encountered has been friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. Make sure you tip them! The cost to park has been steadily going up, unfortunately, and even with coupons they offer on their website, it can be pricey. I am also not a fan of businesses passing on to consumers the cost of paying their workers a living wage. I was charged almost $11 for a living wage tax, which was excessive. read more

Apparently they sold two lots to the Port of Seattle so this location can get busy, but always was. Here is my problem and why I will NEVER set foot here again. As a 20+ year customer for my business trips and personal, I have always been loyal. I arrived on Saturday May 3rd to leave on a business trip. Driving my Yukon Denali I have parked there since 2007. A worker with a very thick Middle East accent refused to let me park there. Stated my normal truck hitch was not allowed. I fought with him for ten minutes. "Go look on website" Are you effing kidding me? My flight leaves in TWO hours. I had to get off the shuttle. Reload my truck and raced to the airport. It took 25 minutes to find parking. Another hour to get through my TSA precheck and got to my gate as my plane was boarding. In other words. I almost missed my business flight because of this place. Not funny. The amount of stress and anxiety the worker at Masterpark created left a very foul experience. I then went to the website when I returned. The website clearly states hitches that hold bikes, handicap, etc are not allowed. Nothing about a normal truck hitch. In other words this ignoramous clearly did not understand the rules. I tried calling the manager but they were not there. You have been warned. Go park at Doug Fox a block away. I was treated like royalty. read more

I prepaid for my parking. 2 days and 3 hours for $66.98. Adding all the fees the total came to $86.13. When I had the rep. look up my reservation code she said I had an additional charge of $17.99 as I was late by 2 hours. I left Friday Morning 645am and returned at 9:15am on Sunday morning. I paid for 2 days and 3 hours. $51.98 for 2 days and $15.00 for 3 hours. I will never book them again. The bottom line is, they will find a way to charge you more! read more

Try to scam you with fees but reliable and the shuttle was really easy. Workers are all really nice but you'll end up paying about double what you expect to pay. Good for a day or two otherwise recommend somewhere cheaper. read more

Prices are way too high. They have gone up significantly in the last several years. If you pay a couple dollars more you can park at the airport parking garage and not have the hassle of the shuttle. Have been using Master Lot b parking and it is so simple just drive up get your car valet and when you come back they have your car waiting for you by the front! The shuttles are great and I had Irey help me the past couple times I've used them and he is great and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend using this lot as attendants like Irey make the experience seamless. read more

We recently had the pleasure of parking with Masterpark over the holidays! I used a Groupon and got a really good deal, and the shuttle dropped us off at the airport in a timely matter. Got scammed on the parking reservation. If you Google Masterpark.com you might see a website that looks exactly like you are reserving parking with MasterPark. You are NOT. It is actually a third party that charges a fee to make the reservation at Masterpark for you. Then you park at MasterPark, and they charge their fee for the parking. Very slick operation and easy to get fooled, so be careful. The real Masterpark knows all about it, and told me this happens all the time, but they either can't or won't do anything to shield their loyal customers from the scam. I've always used MasterPark, but tonight we waited 15+ minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the terminal. It wasn't because there was traffic, other parking lot shuttles went by multiple times before Masterpark's shuttle got there. Because the shuttle was so infrequent, when it did arrive it couldn't carry the number of people who needed to get on, so they had to just watch the full shuttle drive by. Tonight was a total fail. Next time I'll book with one of the lots that had frequent shuttles going. read more

I was worried about reading some of the negative ratings but legit had an absolute amazing experience. We stayed at the red roof in and didn't realize they had a park and fly so we found master park next door. Reserved online the day before our trip and thankfully had a spot (reserve online before because they had a full lot and only took reservations the day we showed up at 4:00AM and folks that didn't reserve had to find a different lot). We woke up and drove right across the street, showed them our reservation and they got the keys and we unloaded to the transport bus to the airport (5min round trip) the reason we know it was a 5 min round trip is because we left the top open to our Thule and saw when we were leaving and the driver was great and said he would swing back around after he dropped off the people on the bus and called it in to not move our car because the keys were still in the Thule (traveling with kids, and we were in a rush to get everything unpacked and I blanked out somehow and left the hatch open half way with the keys in). Dropped the Thule hatch and removed our other keys and was back to the airport in no time. On the way back, shows the driver our ticket (they got the car ready back at the lot to drive out) got dropped off and he helped with all our luggage and wagon, went to checkout, paid, and got our car loaded and left. You may wish to reconsider parking at MasterPark due to the company's fee structure. Specifically, MasterPark adds a "Living Wage Surcharge" (+ tax), to your bill. After reviewing 8 of MasterPark's competitors, MasterPark is the only company assessing a "Living Wage Surcharge." As such, I have to question their stated rationale for assessing this surcharge when 8 of their competitors do not assess this surcharge or is this assessment just an excuse for charging the customer more money? read more

I left my car for one week, and when I came back, my car was COVERED in sap, pine needles, and dust. I don't mean a couple of drops of sap; it was all over my car. My car is black and it had white/grey drops all over. Another customer who was next to me said it looked like my car had been there for months, not just 7 days. I talked to the on-duty manager, "Ryan," who said, "Do you have a problem with sap?" "It's from trees, so you must have a problem with trees too." Then he said, "We can offer you a hose but that's it." It cost me $200 to have it professionally cleaned, as I could not get all the sap off. Claimed to pick me up if I called in - refused when I actually called in at the airport for a pick up. They made me walk inside the parking garage to a pick up spot.... Right next to where I could have parked. I thought I was parking here for service and convenience, but this was exactly the opposite. I would have parked at the SeaTac lot if I knew it was this inconvenient. It literally took me 40 minutes longer to exit the airport than if I had just parked there. They were quite rude to me on the phone when I called in. All I wanted was a pick up, as advertised. Never received it. Never received an apology. Is it cheaper than parking at SeaTac? Yes. Had pre paid during the holidays and then I had to extend my stay due to 2 deaths in the family. They seemed to jack the price up during the holidays and wouldn't even give me a bigger discount even though I ended up keeping my car there for 32 days. They didn't have it in their system that I prepaid for some of the time so they were about to charge me the full amount. seems if someone already paid them they would have that on record. seems a little scammy. Our family called, they said they were sending a shuttle for us. 60 minutes later and after 4 more calls we ended up lugging our 4 kids, 4 car seats a stroller and luggage to a different platform because their shuttle kept stopping only at the 1st platform, filling up and leaving the rest of us to freeze. I am beyond angry at them. When I mentioned to their manager that their system for picking up clients was poor and that maybe they should just tell everyone to go to platform 1 all he said was, "we'll that would create a line" to which I stated - "it's already happened." The parking facility and staff are good. Where they became great was helping me recover from my own buffoonery. After a brutal day with a disappointing Alaskan Airlines experience, I shuttled over to the lot, cashed out, went home. Then discovered I didn't have my wallet. After what I thought was a thorough search at home, I returned to the last place I had my wallet, the MasterPark Lot B. Never accusatory, I asked the service staff if anyone left a wallet behind. During a busy time, they let me park there, helped me look through my car and even looked at the security tapes of my transaction and walk to the car. It was clear I left with my wallet. They looked one more time with me in the car when my wife phoned and gave me the embarrassing news that she had found it. The Masterpark B lot is conveniently located by the airport.. We have used them multiple times. The only complaint I have about Masterpark is the lot attendants. 1. They drive your car like they are on a race track whipping around corners and slamming on the brakes. 2. They moved all my mirrors around in the car. 3. They moved my seat. You drive the cars for a very short period of time in a parking lot. Leave the CUSTOMER car settings alone. It's very frustrating to have to reset your car settings. read more

We've been parking with MasterPark for over 10 years now when we travel. We like the convenience of valet parking and the quick shuttle service (never had to wait more than a few minutes, and lot B is as close to the airport as it gets. Shuttle drivers are always helpful and courteous. This fall we had our first parking incident there. I won't go into details, but there was an issue on their part. It happens. While it was a little frustrating, I was truly impressed by how professionally the night crew and manager handled the entire process and follow through, including covering some minor damage to the vehicle. Given that this is the first incident we've had after parking there dozens of times over the course of so many years and the fact that they handled it professionally and promptly, we'll gladly go back. read more

You are able to quickly get out of your car, grab your luggage, meanwhile they are working through their process & giving you your claim ticket - all in a matter of minutes. They always have a shuttle bus ready to whisk you to the airport. The location is convenient. Coming back to the lot, we usually call in our car while we're still on the aircraft. The shuttles make regular rounds in the shuttle pickup area. The check out process is very efficient and they've already pulled your car up to the office, so you're quickly ready to go. A reservation may be needed during peak travel times, especially around holidays. We've come and the lot was full. read more

Very rude customer service by cashier ID 1062. I was told when I called to pay for one more day because our flight was cancelled, that I didn't have to pay due to flight cancellation. The rude clerk yelled at me when I told her what the first lady told me about not paying. She was bound and determined to make me pay. Was supposed to be another $12, and when I got home and counted my money, she actually charged me $45.02. I really should have counted my change right there in front of her. First class service every step of the way! Really appreciate how easy it was to reserve, drop car off and pick up vehicle on holiday weekend. An actual human being answered the phone and reassured me that 'no worries, if you have a reservation, you will have a spot for sure' over busy 4th weekend. They immediately knew my car when I called from airport kiosk and it was parked and ready to go when I arrived. We had a great experience here on our recent vacation. Typically we just take an Uber to the airport since we live relatively close but this time we decided we wanted the convenience of parking. I'm glad we did! It was less expensive to park here than Ubering (even for six days of parking!), the shuttles arrived regularly at the airport when we landed at 3 am, and our car was ready when we got back to the lot--even though the lot is really close to the airport and the shuttle drive lasts maybe 3 minutes. Our hybrid car would not start after returning from a long flight, but all the staff at MasterPark Lot B went above and beyond to help us and made a tough situation much better. Multiple crewmembers helped us jumpstart the car and when that did not work helped us manually push our car uphill to an electric charging spot. Nizel helped us for over an hour trying to get our car fixed. When we did not have any success, they let us keep the car parked for free overnight. The manager, Ryan Jones, was amazing and tried fix the car the next day and then helped the car get hooked up to a tow truck. He even called me and gave me an update after the tow truck had left with our car. I was so impressed with how helpful, willing, and generous all the staff at MasterPark Lot B were and would highly recommend them to everyone! read more
