If I could give a zero star to this body shop I would definitely do it, so where to start! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this shop and OWNER, came to this shop the first time for a Cash estimate, and he gave me a estimate total of $7,000+, plus a car loan till my truck was done, mind you, I came back just because he offer the car loan even though I had cheaper quotes, cause that work wasn't worth what he charged, and I told him I was going to do the claim now through my insurance company, but now things are different, now the estimate was more than $11,000+, is fine right, so I go back following week, leave my car and get the loaner, this car loan had sticker expired! Who gives a loan car like that, so that's my first loaner, following week nature decides to break a tree limb and landed on his car, what a luck right! Anyhow, went back a few days later when he had a different car and this new loaner wasn't in great conditions either, fine cause I only had to go to work and come back. My truck has been a month already at the shop and when he finally call me to go back and get it and give my deductible I started looking at it and taking pictures, and I couldn't believed that they've had used the OLD PARTS (RADIATOR SUPPORT, THE GRILL, THE BUMPER, PART OF THE FENDER, AND THE GRILL) and they tried to fix them and put them BACK, like, are you kidding me? YOU charged $11,580 to my insurance and you put old parts, common now!!! During all this process, the first check is up for discussion because he wasn't able to provide the final detail estimate, he just wanted me to hand him the check sign and that's it, well, I wont do that since it sounded ILLEGAL. he got intense on the phone with me when I told him I wasn't going to do that. When I told him about putting old parts, his words where, IF YOU SAY THEY ARE OLD I WILL BUY THEM NEW! The thing is that they did a half ass job and they thought I wasn't gonna notice, had to come back for the 3rd time, so a new car loan was giving to me that was worse than the other 2, and had to wait a week for my truck. Two months dealing with him, the check, my finance company and my truck that was returned to me, I'm not satisfied with his work, the truck is not the same AND STILL HAS THE OLD BUMPER SINCE THAT ONE I LET IT PASS SINCE I WASNT GOING TO DEAL ANYMORE WITH HIM, he got paid really good for a half ass work. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP, DONT TRUST THEM, THEY LIE AND THEY DONT DO REPAIRS HOW THEY SUPPOSED TO!!! read more

So I was in a fender bender New Years day which resulted in my car not starting even tho the accident was minor. I found AJ's on yelp after looking at some reviews and Im so happy that i decided to go with them. Raymond was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of things and kept me informed. His willingness to work with my insurance made the process so much smoother. My fuse box was smashed so another adjuster had to come back out. Raymond took care of all it while i was out of town on a business trip. Cant thank him enough. When I got my car back it was washed and vacuum. Looked like I just got it. My best friend saw the picture and was like thats not your car LOL Overall outstanding services, very nice crew, great price and definitely worth all 5 stars. My car was hit, bumper completely taken off and rim was scratched some. AJ's made my car look like nothing had ever happened. They took me to enterprise so I didn't have to Uber over and ware more money. He talked to the insurance agents so I wouldn't have to worry about them; even buffed my hood which is something he didn't have to do but went out his way to do it. The repair was made and the cost of repair was very much lower than expected. I strongly recommend AJ's for your auto service needs. I needed to work on my car, I am a girl and don't know much about cars, however, Raymond really took time out of his day to explain it all to me, what was getting done, and price etc. I got a spoiler placed on the back of my car, blacked out my chevy signs and much more. Raymond, this man is a ripoff artist and does not keep true to his word by any means. Supposedly gave me a "deal" on my vehicle repair but little did I know my car would be covered in sanding dust all the way down under my trim panels, cheap paint was used, the painter did NOT wear a paint suit, didn't have the cut wires SOLDERED back together and re-wrapped properly so I'm still having throttle body problems, took close to 8 months after I was told about 1-2 months(substantial damage to be repaired), the alignment, nothing was done prior to pickup when it was finally "finished" to him after all the corner cutting, the guy didn't even drive the car before he let me take off in it so I find out the control arm hadn't been replaced! I get home and the next day I start looking at the paint and it's TERRIBLE!! Swirl marks everywhere no mirror shine like a FRESH black paint job is supposed to look, so I have the guy re-sand parts that didn't even get sanded or primes before paint and paint the car black a SECOND time and sure it was better but that doesn't mean anything when it's chipping all over the front bumper!!! I finally gave up and didn't go back even with the car having issues still after this giant ordeal and cannot believe how unprofessionally this man runs this business and it makes me question wether or not the boss knows about it. Car still sits in my garage as I type because of this screw up. Don't undertake a job you cannot handle. There's plenty more details I could add but I think I've said enough. read more
