Did a good job replacing the rear passenger window on my truck, but poor job cleaning up the glass in the interior. Had to pick out chunks of glass myself, even after asking him to vacuum again. Someone could have sat on it. Not safe to use at all. He also refused to clean the glass on the ground afterwards. I get it's technically the apartment building's responsibility, but it's sort irresponsible to just leave it sitting there. Left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I had road debris break my windshield on a Saturday. I submitted a quote request to a few companies that evening and Kiumars sent a quote by Sunday morning and he replied a few times on Sunday to questions I had. He was able to do the repair on Tuesday, he came to my house when he said he'd be there, and did the work in a short time. Their price was on the lower end of the quotes I got as well. Had my car broken into sadly the other week (for the second time in a month!) and was dreading getting it fixed. Got multiple quotes for $600-800 because it was vent glass, not the regular window. Kiu was absolutely incredible and immediately picked up the phone and helped me. He found ways for me to make the cost WAY cheaper by going to a junkyard and getting the piece myself (a bit scary for me being a lady, but so worth it). He let me call him and send him photos to make sure it was the right piece for a fair price! He came to me same-day and fixed my window in under a half hour, even cleaning my glass out for me. He was so kind the entire time and so, so understanding. Ladies-- this isn't a car guy that's going to try to rip you off!! My replacement ended up only costing $200 after the window itself and installation ($400-600 cheaper than anyone else who quoted me). I have an issue with my windshield, so I have been calling various companies for quotes today. This is the fourth company I've looked into. I don't have a time to get the work done today, but various companies told me I can come in next weekend, no problem. "Quality Auto Glass" tried a scare tactic on me though, which is why they're receiving one star. The man that answered the phone told me to pull over, drive very slowly home, and that I need to get the work done "TODAY!" and that if I waited I could get in an accident and "DIE." I used QUALITY AUTO GLASS DALLAS as they were recommended by my State Farm Agent. I was told they would contact me to set up an appointment. After waiting most of the day, I finally called them and they texted me back and said they could come out the next day between 12 and 4 to do the work. Waited all day and they never showed up or even bother to message me back after several attempts to find out when they would arrive. The next day, they never called again so I called them and was told the installed would call me in a few minutes, never called! After about 6 calls and several texts the installer finally arrived and did the work. Installer left trash from the job all over my dash, not impressed at all so save yourself the frustration and call another company! read more
