This time around I had the pleasure to try an ice cream sandwich. There was vanilla ice cream in my particular sandwich with chocolate wafers holding it together. It was very solid. The wafers held up enough where the ice cream did not break down the wafers causing the sandwich to break apart as a whole. That was key for me to this sweet dessert. Regarding the vanilla ice cream, it was thick and creamy with plenty of vanilla flavor. There was also a great ratio of ice cream to wafer thickness. Overall, it was a refreshing and delicious treat.

This is a classic! It's always a great choice to stop here. I love the service and it's always fun to chat with the staff because they begin to know you after seeing you stop by the store a few times. It's a cute little town Ice cream shop that has many different flavor options and season specials, as well. These never fail to surprise me in the best ways. Personally I love the classic soft serve and sprinkles. It's amazing! You can even sit outside on the ledge and watch the cars go by. I love it here, and will always keep going there!

We've been going to AJ's for years. The ice cream is absolutely delicious and they always have clever themed sundaes. It's also our tradition to get all our ice cream cakes here for our birthdays. This past weekend we celebrated our niece's first birthday with an AJ's cake, and I have to say that they absolutely outdid themselves! Not only was the cake delicious as always, they made a perfect cake for our unicorn themed party! It was an absolute hit! This was my first visit to AJ's Country Cone. It was a Saturday at 4:00pm after a group hike and dinner. I ordered the pumpkin flavored ice cream in a cup from the fairly young crew. I received a good amount of product without feeling that I'm overstuffed. I had to be careful using the flimsy spoon against the hard ice cream. If you have kids then I suggest asking for extra spoons in case they should break. I love the pumpkin taste. I got the pumpkin flavor so I'm satisfied. read more

I ended up getting their toasted coconut ice cream with, yes, more toasted coconut as a topping, along with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. SO good and perfectly crunchy. Coconut heaven, if you're into that. Didn't taste like suntan lotion, which is always a fear of mine with coconut-based/flavored foods. They've got a wonderful selection of hand-dipped cones, soft serve, hard ice cream, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, and much more, which is really nice. The staff is super friendly, as well. AJ's County Cone is the absolute best!!! We are regulars for ice cream and also cakes. Always delicious! They have fun specials and also our go-to regular flavors. My husbands favorite is muddy boots and cake batter. My daughter gets soft ice cream with a small scoop of whatever flavor she is feeling that day and I have a few flavors I enjoy. It gets busy in the summer, and even in nice weather like an unusually warm last March weekend, the parking lot was filling up, to my surprise. It's not obvious from the front, but there are some picnic tables behind the ice cream shack for seating.

They had quick services and stuff the ice cream container so you get the best bang for your buck. The cherry on top is the view on the other side of the store to sot and eat your dessert.

Dear Yelp, How have…read moreI never reviewed Curly's before!? Mind blown. Curly's is not our nearest ice cream shop, but we make it a point to come here often - the ice cream is that good. My favorite is a small cup of coffee royale and graham slam. Dear husband is newly dairy free. He knew he was ordering dole whip today but really wanted it on a waffle cone. He was pleasantly surprised when the counter person went in the back to check the box. And excellent news- the plain waffle cones are dairy free! He said the orange dole whip was very good! There is street parking or they have a lot. Tables inside to eat or benches outside. Love, Nicole

Refreshing and it was the right amount to get a solid taste of what to like for next time . Small town, home made icecream. In a small space, it doesn't stop anyone from coming in to have taste.

My wife and I have frequented this location twice this summer as an alternative to the "treat" chains. The first time, we thought it was "okay." Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Our ice cream (cotton candy and choc. chip mint) was subpar, but again, a good alternative. The second time (last sunday night) was most likely the last time we will visit. It was about a half hour before close and the counter girl had an attitude. I got a large cotton candy shake and wife got moose tracks ice cream. The shake, I shall refer to as "cotton candy flavored milk" was extremely diluted and not worth the price. The moose tracks ice cream lacked flavor, and the only texture was provided by the chunks of ingredients which had already sunk to the bottom. read more

I like the place and the people are so nice and helpful to us so I ask them for some ice cream and I like the people that work their so I have to get the job there some time in my life. read more
