We went with an Oktoberfest themed event and settled on the International and Domestic Cheese Display, Butler Style passed appetizers of Quilted Franks with Spicy Mustard, Beef Sliders with Cheese, Pickle and Tomato, and Potato Pancakes with Sour Cream and Chives, plus their German Station - Carving Board. The carving station was excellent!! It included Roasted Loin of Pork, Grilled Bratwurst, Grilled Knockwurst, sliced Marble Rye Bread, plus Red Cabbage, Sauerkraut, German Potato Salad, and some great Honey Mustard and Ketchup Curry Sauce.
