We both agree that in terms of Indian buffet in the Maryland area, this one is the best that we have tried. I especially love their detail on which dishes are vegetarian, gluten free, or vegan. All of their chicken dishes are dark meat, which is not the Indian way, but they're likely catering to non-South Asians who prefer thigh or leg. The service was intermittent, and our main server disappeared and never came back after taking our order.
