Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them.
