The service is all order at the bar and then they'll bring the food to you from the disconnected kitchen. I ordered the Orange Chicken Bowl and my husband got their Chipped Beef Special. It was out to our table in about 10 minutes, and everything was fresh and piping hot! The orange chicken could've been mistaken for the packages they sell at Trader Joe's or Costco (and I mean that in the BEST sense - I LOVE those brands of orange chicken!), but the broccoli was obviously fresh and still had a nice crisp to it while being just the right amount of tender. The serving sizes are huge and we weren't able to finish both meals. There are pool tables inside that are extraordinarily expensive, so we only played about two games. There was extremely loud live music we weren't expecting the second night, so we sat outside on the patio to try and get a way from the volume, but we still returned for the ambience and the quick service.

I'm assuming the issue is that my partner and I are both in our mid 20s and have the stereotype of not tipping, which is understandable. This dining experience we definitely did hold up the stereotype based on the complete lack of decent service. If you're anywhere below mid 30s, I'd take your money elsewhere. There's a Pizza Hut a block away that's tasty, friendly, and 1/5 of the price.

It doesn't have to be a fancy sauce--the option of good ol' tartar sauce works. The grilled vegetables also needed a little more butter and seasoning. Carrots are good on their own; broccoli and cauliflower need a little cheese or butter and some seasoning to be loved. The IPA (Long John) was excellent. The beer cheese dip and soft pretzels were to die for; the chardonnay was passable. A great choice for dining in a VERY heavily traveled tourist destination. Those kept on getting refilled as needed. My steak burrito was delicious, a little messy to eat with my hands, so I ate it with a knife and fork. My brother asked for a chicken quesadilla which was not on the menu and they happily made it for him. My sister in laws taco were delicious too. The food was great, the drinks were really good.
