Stopped here for a bite tonight. I got their version of a cheese steak and Mark got the Italian sub. My steak was cooked ok but the onion wasn't cooked enough and there was mayonnaise on my hot steak and onion sandwich. It was not good. Mark's sub hardly had any meat on it. Neither of us enjoyed our sandwiches and weren't feeling too great when we got home. Guess we won't be eating here again. read more

Ate there a few months ago with a former colleague and pizza was okay, not great but not bad either. Service was slow. Decided to place a "to go" order so called in. I wanted to order a half-half pizza. Toppings I like on one side, toppings my wife likes on the other side. We've ordered pizza like this from dozens of places over the years both at home and while traveling, never had a problem. This place said that we would have to pay for each topping as though they were on the whole pizza. In other words, a pizza with pepperoni and sausage on one side and onion and green pepper on the other side would be charged as a pizza with four toppings! Crazy! I wanted to support a local restaurant during this time period, but not if they are going to repay me like that! No thanks! Ordered from the local Papa John's instead (always hot and tasty pizza and great service...). What a shame that while many restaurants are barely making it or closing that this place doesn't encourage business but instead is driving it away. I won't try again. read more

Best wings and amazing service!!! The owner came out multiple times and chatted with us. That's a guy that cares about his business. Madison was our server and she was very attentive. The restaurant was extremely busy but we never waited for anything. Drinks stayed full and Madison was checking on us frequently. If someone gives this restaurant a bad review, those folks couldn't be pleased anywhere. Would recommend Aj's 100%! Go see them if you haven't. read more

This is the worst pizza I have eaten from a pizza place. Honestly a frozen pizza tastes better. First thing the pizza looks disgusting. You can tell they use cheap ingredients. I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza. The sausage is a weird crumble that you would find on a Tostinos pizza for $1. The dough is chewy and seriously of cheap quality. There is basically no sauce. It has no flavor whatsoever. I am very disappointed that we spent $35 at this place to throw the rest of the food away. Will never ever order from this place. YUCK!! read more

AJ's is fabulous! We had a party of 25 for a rehearsal dinner and it couldn't have been better. The service was outstanding, and the food was hot and delicious! Everyone was more than pleased. The owners even hung outdoor lights for us, which unfortunately went unused due to rain. (The outdoor patio is great!) I can give a 5 STAR rating for this place with ten fingers up! Can't wait to go back, even though it's a half hour drive for me! read more

This is a great place to watch sports on Saturdays. The vibe isn't super cool or trendy or anything, but the food is good and they have awesome specials throughout the week. Specifically, Saturday is wing day, so you can get 55 cent wings and a pitcher of beer for $6. Sometimes the service can be a bit wonky, and sometimes it can take forever to receive service, but all in all, this is the best place around to watch a game, eat some wings and pizza, and have a beer. Andre, one of the owners, is so nice and really make you feel appreciated for coming in, especially if he starts seeing you regularly. I recommend Big Dog Hot (a sweet, smoky, spicy wing) and the BBQ Buffalo Blue (a sauce mixed of the three sauces it is named for). The beer selection isn't awesome, but they have the basics and the great price makes it worth it. read more

We have been going to AJ's for a few years now. My husband LOVES their pizza, and I think it is very good, as well. But, what keeps me coming back is the fact that their wings are absolutely AMAZING! We ate here for lunch recently. The food was very good and i would love to give 5 stars but they were extremely slow. It took about 40 minutes to get our food which did not leave us much time to eat and get back to work. The waitress was nice but she only came to our table when she took our order and when she brought our food. I'll probably eat here again but only when i have more time. read more

Bottom line. Do. Not. Go. Here. I was told by my husband that his pizza was pretty good but that is the only redeemable thing for this place! I got wings and fries, a lunch special that was on the first page of the menu, and was not told anything about how hot anything on the menu was. I, as someone who doesn't eat spicy food or like it, ordered the safest option on the menu. I got Honey Mustard wings, labeled on the menu as "golden boy". So thinking my mouth was safe I took a few bites of the french fries and immediately recoiled because the fries were SPICY. I was disturbed by this and the cook gave me new fries with no spicy on them. Then, I took one bite of my honey mustard wings and nearly breathed fire!! The safest wing option on the menu was tongue torching! My husband, who likes to eat spicy food, said it was almost too spicy for him! Then our meal was over. I had only eaten the replacement fries and nothing else, our check came and they made us pay for the wings that I had not eaten! So it was overall a horrible experience and I left angry and with an upset stomach. read more

Great food, mediocre service. Waited 45 mins for food-they were very busy when we walked in but it died down quickly and service did not improve. Only complaint we had about the food was the wing sauce flavors were too colorful to really know what you're ordering. Even after asking the waitress the flavors we still didn't really get what we expected. However, wings were cooked to perfection, side salad was great-great Caesar dressing, and the portion size of the fries we ordered were plenty for 2 people to share. This was not the dinning experience I had hoped it would be. I ordered a pineapple, Canadian Bacon and pepperoni pizza to go and had I been smart, I would have left it right there.
