We were decently far out of town and had seen only 1 other car come by in the 30 minutes we spent trying to dig out, who also nearly got stuck. We called Tow Pros and they sent a truck out to save us immediately. The conditions were so icy, that they called a second truck out to help winch us out. Never once did either of the Tow Pros guys make us feel silly or embarrassed for needing help - in fact, they just seemed thrilled to be doing their job and helping us, even at midnight in the 18 degree weather. And they did it quickly! They gave us tons of tips and encouragement while saving our butts and for an incredibly fair price. 10 out of 5 stars

Our Outback broke down yesterday on a remote Eastern Washington country road with spotty cell…read moreservice. It was very hot and actually a rather desperate situation. Yuri spoke to us promptly after we contacted our insurance co's Roadside Service arm. His encouraging tone and proffered personal cell number were reassuring. Midway through orientation, we changed the original, smaller, city we had chosen as a destination to a larger one, somewhat farther away (there was a dealership there). Yuri was cheerfully adaptable and said he would drive us and the vehicle anywhere. He was very diligent about the actual towing and safety issues regarding our car and us. He was sensitive to our comfort in his rig and offered to stop anywhere along what was a pretty long ride. Yuri has honesty and moral values we appreciate. So without any reservation, we would recommend Yuri and Basin Towing to anyone. This man is a Godsend when someone is in a dangerous and difficult situation. Then when he was about 15 minutes away from arrival he text me to let me know and said it was OK for me to ride back in the tow truck which was awesome because my husband was at work and I was over 20 miles from home so it would have been a long walk in the dark down hwy 17. When he arrived he was super polite, handled my vehicle with care and was well prepared for how to seemlessly get my little car loaded & hooked up to be towed safely. I was in the middle of a VERY long hold on a phone call with the delivery company I was working for & delivering a Home Depot order when he arrived, he was so polite & asked for my permission to move my car how he needed to position it accordingly. When I got into the tow truck he was super friendly and chatted with me the entire way home so the ride wasn't awkward at all. When we arrived at Les Schwab he again unloaded my car with care, precision & skill. I also still didnt have a ride home even though we were back in Moses Lake so I was going to walk home but he gave me a ride back from Les Schwab to my home in Knolls Vista. He knew I was a delivery driver & that I was in the middle of a Home Depot delivery when my car blew the tire. He offered to take the bag of cement I was delivering with us so I didnt have to come back to get it before I returned it to Home Depot. Yuri was ABSOLUTELY Aaamazing Start to Finish! There was'nt anything that he could have been more amazing at. Today was a bad day for me because Im down & out to be able to work and make money.... but Yuri TOTALLY Saved the day!!!! I wish I had before and after shots, because it was night and day! The van came out looking brand new!! It felt nice to go on our road trip looking fresh. A few weeks later, we took our car (black color) in and it also came out looking fantastic! When I got home, I noticed the driver's side mirror was jacked up though (not just out of alignment). I took it apart and realized that the mechanism is just old (2002 model year) and clearly worn out. If I didn't disassemble the part, I could have easily thought it was clumsily damaged during the cleaning process. (This is a reminder that it this kind of stuff happens to older vehicles and it could have happened to anyone who was cleaning) It's also nice supporting a local small business instead of a faceless franchise. The owners are genuine and very personable.
