I replied that I was, and she pointed out the 4 to 5 remaining men's watches. One of the watches really caught my eye, so I pulled out my phone to look up its specifications. At that moment, she snapped at me, saying, "NO PICTURES!" Her tone was loud and caught me off guard, making me feel embarrassed. I quickly put my phone away, but she continued to lecture me about the reasons for the policy. She said something along the lines of, "If you were allowed to take pictures, we would just post these online." At that point, I was both annoyed and embarrassed, so I decided to put away my credit card and leave. It's no surprise that this place is going out of business.

The person who answered the phone acted like she did not know what she was doing. She said someone would call within 10-15 minutes. Did not hear anything. Personally went in to retrieve my watch and that watchman started saying things that I did not understand. Then he said that's nor your watch? No, it was just a pin replacement and a clasp adjustment. Then right in front me, he closed the clasp and appeared he tugged on it and it came loose. I said something about it he said I didn't have closed. I put my watch on and barley twisting my wrist cam undone. I said I just wanted my watch back and that I did not like begin called a liar. Then the woman who received my call it 2 pm said she did not pass the message on because she thought I was rude. Needless to say it was not a pleasant scene after all this. I decided not to take it back because I just don't feel comfortable letting them have it again. I'm not certain their techs are Rolex certified. Now it's on the way to Rolex in Florida. I am someone who is well above the average when it comes to the knowledge of Rolex, the history of Rolex and the movements of Rolex when I walked in, I was greeted by some heavyset man with thick glasses, and he came on very strong and somewhat passive aggressive. He told me there was no possible way that I could ever be allocated to watch since I do not live locally I know this to not be true because of my history with Rolex in different cities due to being a pilot, he began to show me some other watches, and he seemed very pushy about me purchasing a Breitling, and I was just turned off by his overall energy and demeanor. It wasn't that he was outright rude, but he just came off very strong and pushy. Definitely not somebody that I want to do business with which is why I didn't even buy a watch while I was there. I ended up speaking to the manager and telling her about my experience before I knew she was actually the manager, and she was extremely nice and accommodating and wanted to make it right. But to be told just because I live out of town, there's no way that I could be placed on a list of potentially be allocated to watch, even though I have a buying history was the first time in my life that I've ever heard that and I've been into a dozen Rolex stores throughout my lifetime. Other than that experience, the store looked very pretty and very nice and the other staff seem to be very friendly.
