After wandering the mall for a few minutes and getting quotes for watch battery replacements, I decided to search Yelp and found this gem. The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). I was quoted $189 per ring, which seemed extremely excessive, especially since the rings were being made smaller rather than having material added. Wanting a second opinion, I took the rings to the jeweler inside the Benbrook Antique Mall. They quoted $65 per ring. They even explained that their standard charge would have been $45 per ring (charges can very depending on material and sizing), but because the rings have small side stones that require additional labor, the final price was $65 each. That's a difference of $124 per ring for the same service. I would encourage anyone considering jewelry repairs or resizing here to get a second opinion and compare prices before committing. Shopping around could save you a significant amount of money.

Talked to the watch repair person and explained the issue with the band. I had virtually called me a liar when I told him that the band kept coming undone. He said He would call that afternoon when it was done. NO Phone call. Next day (Wednsday), 2 PM,called to check on my watch. The person who answered the phone acted like she did not know what she was doing. She said someone would call within 10-15 minutes. Did not hear anything. Personally went in to retrieve my watch and that watchman started saying things that I did not understand. Then he said that's nor your watch? No, it was just a pin replacement and a clasp adjustment. Then right in front me, he closed the clasp and appeared he tugged on it and it came loose. I said something about it he said I didn't have closed. I put my watch on and barley twisting my wrist cam undone. I said I just wanted my watch back and that I did not like begin called a liar. Then the woman who received my call it 2 pm said she did not pass the message on because she thought I was rude. Needless to say it was not a pleasant scene after all this. Informed that that I had sent referrals to them and never again.

If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I stopped by with my girlfriend to look at rings, and when we walked in, she did not feel comfortable and didn't want to stay. After I had exchanged a few words with the salesman, I too did not feel comfortable nor wish to continue the interaction. Another customer walked in, and after a brief moment, the salesman excused himself to go address the new customer. My girlfriend and I took that opportunity to gracefully exit and try to do so discreetly. This is when I realized we were locked in the store. The salesman had a key-fob that unlocked the door when a customer rang the doorbell, and in order to leave, he had to be the one to let you out. Unfortunately, I had to get the salesman's attention in order to leave. He asked if we were done talking with him, and after my "yes", he said, "well, before I let you out, do you want to come over here and get a business card?" Immediately, I felt trapped inside this store, wanting to leave gracefully and discreetly, but I couldn't. Let me be clear. I do not appreciate being locked in a store and not being able to protect my woman (even by simply leaving the building) when she feels uncomfortable or threatened. I have absolutely no intention of returning. I will add, before we went to this place, we went to Duffy's Jewelry, and had an absolute 10/10 great experience. They were very pleasant, professional, and extremely kind and knowledgeable. Both my girlfriend and I felt very comfortable in there, and to be honestly transparent, I truly want to give them my business. I recommend you do the same.

I had replaced a lot of parts on it, they were needed anyway. It had been setting for about two seasons due to health. I had it running and then all of the sudden it started dying out. Tony came to the house, rebuilt the carburetor, and several other things to get it running. He was very good at diagnosing the problems and fixing them.
