Always easy in and out service. They have a pretty good selection of unique thibgs surprisingly inside the antique mall.

Exceptional experience - honest, educational, zero pressure…read more I stopped in to have a Rolex evaluated that I had recently purchased as an entry-level piece. Kevin, the owner, took a significant amount of time walking me through the watch in detail--its age, condition, wear patterns, polishing history, bracelet stretch, and overall authenticity--without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. What really stood out was the honesty. He had no incentive to tell me I did well on the purchase, yet he confirmed that I paid a solid price and explained, why. He also clearly explained what wear was normal, what was cosmetic, and what would (or wouldn't) be worth correcting. No upselling, no scare tactics, no pressure to trade up. Kevin went further and educated me on differences between older and newer Rolex models, case profiles, movements, sizes, and pricing tiers--especially when comparing dress models versus sports models. It felt more like a conversation with a knowledgeable collector than a sales pitch. The shop itself is impressive, with a wide range of watches and jewelry, but the real value here is trust. If you're new to watches, buying pre-owned, or just want an honest opinion from someone who knows their craft, this is the place. I'll absolutely be back when it's time for the next piece. -Nicholas

Called that afternoon since someone was suppose to call me and didn't. Talked to the watch repair person and explained the issue with the band. I had virtually called me a liar when I told him that the band kept coming undone. He said He would call that afternoon when it was done. NO Phone call. Next day (Wednsday), 2 PM,called to check on my watch. The person who answered the phone acted like she did not know what she was doing. She said someone would call within 10-15 minutes. Did not hear anything. Personally went in to retrieve my watch and that watchman started saying things that I did not understand. Then he said that's nor your watch? No, it was just a pin replacement and a clasp adjustment. Then right in front me, he closed the clasp and appeared he tugged on it and it came loose. I said something about it he said I didn't have closed. I put my watch on and barley twisting my wrist cam undone. I said I just wanted my watch back and that I did not like begin called a liar. Then the woman who received my call it 2 pm said she did not pass the message on because she thought I was rude. Needless to say it was not a pleasant scene after all this. Informed that that I had sent referrals to them and never again.

I wish I could leave 0 stars…read more Jack (man-child) and Lady Ann Miller are two of the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. Ladye Ann was actually pretty accommodating until having to get Jack involved. Which is when they turned on this weird stern mom and dad act. Both talking down to me as if I were their child. Stating that They "were going to talk, and I was going to listen" multiple times to even take a call with me. When I asked politely for them to hear me out, I was hung up on immediately multiple times. I have about 6 recordings of the ridiculous interractions i've had with the two of them on the phone the past 2 days trying to get this resolved. Initially I brought my wife's ring in for a repair of a loose main stone in her wedding setting. F, SI2,1.09 ct stone with no major visible flaws after 7 years of ownership. Purchased from a reputable wholesaler my entire family has worked with for 25+ years. When I recieved the ring back, I was told that "material was added to the prongs because they were weak. Ok, whatever is needed to make the ring solid. 2 min later I noticed a large imperfection partially underneath one of the prongs. The diamond now has a visible fracture or some sort of damage. The sales person stated it was an inclusion, and I refused possession of the ring and told them that was not correct. They requested my certification for the stone (which I provided, EGL Hong Kong) and brought the ring to a weekly meeting at which they decided to take the stone to their independent gemologist in Colleyville, who they would not provide the name of. The gemologist informed them that the stone was fracture filled previously and when heated the fill material came out, any clarity enhancement such as fracture filling would be noted on the certificate and is not. They said my jewler purchased a non-fracture filled stone, with an SI2 grade, then fracture filled the stone before selling to me. no inclusion or fracture is noted in the area on the certificate. Haltom's refunded my initial repair and offered to have the diamond fracture filled again. The repair was not up to par and the blemish is still plainly visible to the naked eye. I am unhappy. I wanted to get it done again by someone else and Ladye Ann would not tell me the name of the repair shop that did the mediocre job and ignored my messages and calls for nearly 2 weeks until I called back through the downtown store's main line. Regardless, I took possession of the ring and have sought out an independent gemologist and diamond cutter to provide secondary opinions. Which, I will be happy to update my review with if Haltom's is proven not at fault. Today, I got through to Jack. And, the conversation was more of the same, not accepting any responsibility for the botched repair, calling me names, saying my frustrations were essentially me blabbing (I can't remember the weird word he used). At the end of the conversation I lost my cool out of frustration for their smugness, inability to accept responsibility, and disrespect. I've never spoken to someone who had such a horrible demeanor. My recommendation is to avoid these smug unprofessional people and do your business literally anywhere else.

I sincerely cannot thank Will and the whole team at Haltom's Jewelers for not only their 100%…read moreprofessionalism but also for their sincere customer service. I could go into my huge spill as of why but seriously hands down the best of the best!
