I am from out of town and recently visited the store to look at some of the watches, including Rolex. I am someone who is well above the average when it comes to the knowledge of Rolex, the history of Rolex and the movements of Rolex when I walked in, I was greeted by some heavyset man with thick glasses, and he came on very strong and somewhat passive aggressive. He told me there was no possible way that I could ever be allocated to watch since I do not live locally I know this to not be true because of my history with Rolex in different cities due to being a pilot, he began to show me some other watches, and he seemed very pushy about me purchasing a Breitling, and I was just turned off by his overall energy and demeanor. It wasn't that he was outright rude, but he just came off very strong and pushy. Definitely not somebody that I want to do business with which is why I didn't even buy a watch while I was there. I ended up speaking to the manager and telling her about my experience before I knew she was actually the manager, and she was extremely nice and accommodating and wanted to make it right. But to be told just because I live out of town, there's no way that I could be placed on a list of potentially be allocated to watch, even though I have a buying history was the first time in my life that I've ever heard that and I've been into a dozen Rolex stores throughout my lifetime. Other than that experience, the store looked very pretty and very nice and the other staff seem to be very friendly. read more

I am definitely not patronizing this discriminating business again. I had TWO experiences. I visited the store looking for a new diamond bracelet for my stack. The store was busy, all associates were tending to other guests. That was fine, I shopped around while I waited for a SA to become available. Once available, the SA walked right past me to greet a Caucasian couple, as if I wasn't standing right there. SOO rude!! I spoke up and said, "Hello, I am here too." She said the couple was there before me. We arrived at approximately the same time, and a simple acknowledgment goes a long way! As I was on my way out a nice, older gentleman helped me & I ended up buying a diamond bracelet from him. Looking back I should have left that moment. A few months prior, I was a headline speaker for an event in this very store & the owner's daughter was dismissive of me & didn't want to take a picture with me. I asked her to join the photo with me & the moderator, after I noticed her hesitation. Mind you, she acknowledged & took pictures with everyone else around me. WOW! Not impressed. I was willing to spend serious money and it seems like the saleswoman wanted me to do the leg work for her.

I will be buying from Molly again. She does not put on the hard sale. She is knowledgeable about the watches she is selling. I went to her to buy a dress watch that they had at another store. She said she would have it by Wednesday or Thursday of the following week but had it by Monday afternoon. I was at the store this morning at 11:30am to pick it up. It was not the priciest watch they had in store but she treated me like I was buying a $100k watch. I will be back and it will be only because of how I was treated by Molly. read more

I received a call about a month ago that a Rolex I have been waiting for has come in. I dealt with Mathew from start to finish and he was great. Called me the moment the watch came in, and made sure it was sized right before letting me leave the store. He also helped me with an appraisal so that I could insure the watch. My experience could have not been better!!! I hope I can buy my 2nd Rolex from this store very soon!!! read more

Good selection and act like a normal jewerly shop, but hmm...weirdly don't offer discounts over MSRP... when Omega stopped being sold by the other major shop in FTW it was either pay an extra $1000+ here or order from 'normal' ADs out of town. Commenting on the Omega bc this is my 4th SM purchase in Fort Worth, and 100% my last bc of unrealistic pricing. Love to support local businesses, but over a grand for basically no work/service is hard to swallow. Very strange business practices. Nice people selling, I just can't imagine how or who is unaware of actual pricing. read more

I don't know how I feel about this place anymore. I have been trying to get a Rolex, my first Rolex for a few months now. They definitely talk a big game and make it sound like they keep getting in all sort of watches. The sales pitch is to try to get you to buy a Tag or a Tudor to 'build the relationship' to qualify for a Rolex, which is just plain annoying. Like if I wanted one of those watches, I would go get them. But regardless, it's just frustrating to have to keep going to the store and try to build a relationship to get your first Rolex. At the same time there are people, mostly flippers who keep getting these watches from these AD's. I guess I am just going to skip buying a Rolex and just never go back to a Bachendorfs ever again. read more

We had a terrible experience here during the holidays while shopping for an engagement ring. Despite there only being two other customers in the store and several sales associates standing around, we were told by one of them to come back another day when they're less busy. She didn't even offer to make us an appointment. It felt like she had sized us up and deemed us not worthy of her time. In addition, the security guard awkwardly followed us around until the salesperson came over. We ended up purchasing a ring from another store just down the street later that day, so the salesperson here missed out on what i'm sure could've been a nice commission. read more

Had a terrible experience. Lupe seemed to care more about reminding us how fancy and expensive the store was than helping me find the ring I truly wanted. He continuously pressured me and tried to get me to buy the first ring I tried on, never once attempting to learn anything about me or what I was looking for. His aggressive selling techniques made me feel more like I was on a used car lot, rather than a high end jewelry store. While the product was beautiful, I will not spend $20k with a salesman who clearly only cares about his commission and not his customers. read more
