Went to this tire shop and the worse experience ever. They have a worker that looks like with a hat on. This guy mess up my wheel stupid and still tries to charge me for the service. Even after I seen him forcing the tools to take off my wheel stud. Their customers services is trash. Jain the owner laughs at everything doesn't fine a solution to the problem. Just by charging that's all. I would definitely not recommend this place and it's hard to even come out from the shop. People don't stop for you whatsoever. read more

Went to get my tire patched. Idk if the guy thought because I was a girl that I was uneducated on the matter however, he pretty much told me that my tire was absolutely done for since it was driven with a flat (the drive to him with the flat was no more than five min) and told me that I was going to need an either used or brand new tire because if he just patched it, it wouldnt last no more than 24 hrs due to the "damage" that was done on the 5 min drive lmao I had a feeling he was just trying to make a sale, so I only had him patch it. Went on about my day, tire gave me no problems for the little time I drove it. Ordered a whole new tire(way cheaper and better quality than the one he was offering me) and when I went to go get it replaced, I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the patched tire & it did not need replacement. So he pretty much just tried to make a buck out of me for a service that wasn't even needed. The only good thing I can say is he did a good job patching my tire. read more

And I promise you.. I'm not kidding when I say that the oil change they performed on my car was the FASTEST oil change I have ever gotten IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! ... And to top it off EVERYONE working at AJ's Tires IS EXTREMELY NICE!! So in conclusion their work deserves SIX STARS, but unfortunately Yelp only gives me the option to rate them with five. read more

I had gotten a flat tire and when I arrived to the shop with my tow truck some little guy told me to hurry tf up cuhz they're closing up and going home . First of all .. what ? There was still 2+ hours left of their business day . . Whatever , so I pull in and after they changed the tire for 35 bucks .. I drive off thinking I got a good deal. WRONG . My car immediately starts making this TERRIBLE GRINDING noise when I'm driving and in my head I thought it wa my own fault for the way the tire popped . After about three days of this terrible noise I take it to the dealer and they said the lug nuts on the wheel were loose . So the guy who put the tire on my car did a terrible job and I was in very real danger of the wheel falling off while I was driving without even knowing . Yea these my people , but that shoddy job ruined my whole week and had me worried and rightfully so . Don't come here tbh . I'd rather pay 100 for a used wheel that someone is gunna install CORRECTLY than to pay 30 bucks for a shitty job that puts my life at risk read more

I went to get a nail taken from the front right tire. The guy there charged me and as I am driving 30 minutes later that same tire has NO AIR. I would never suggest this place, it practices unsafe behavior, and could of resulted in an accident. Called to find out how much would it be to patch up a tire. Spoke to Jaime, and he said 12 bux. Perfect! I told him I'd come by at 1PM. I came it at 1PM and the place was empty. I waited 20minutes and finally Jaime walks into the place. I asked him if he could please patch up my tire. and I'm always very comfortable with someone i can communicate with in Spanish, so I believe I was very friendly and respectful, referred to him as "usted". He said that my tire was cracked, and It wasn't safe to drive the car with a cracked tire, I told him to replace it with a used tire. He said it would be 35 bux. Cool! Then he removes the tire from my rim, and he begins to place a new tire on my rim, so I went to check it out and I noticed that he was placing a tire that was not the right size. It was much bigger. But Of course he assumes that since I'm a female I must not know. He says "it's okay, it's not much of a difference" so I insisted to put a tire of the right size. He says he doesn't have one, but he would continue to look. Suddenly he found one. I checked it out to see how the tread looked, and it was decent. Once the tire was on the car, I go check it out and My rims are black and I notice that the rim is scratched like crazy, he said that it was the machine, and it could be avoided. Which I know it's not true, because I've had to patch up my tires before and nobody had ever scratched my rims. I paid and left. About 5 hours later as I'm getting home, I notice that my tire pressure light is on AGAIN. At first I thought Maybe he didn't put enough air. So next morning I notice my tire is completely FLAT, and when I put air in the tire, you can clearly hear the air escaping. I called Jaime to tell him and he begins to tell me that unfortunately there's no warranty on used tires, and if I wanted I could go back and he'd change it. How inconvenient! I go to a nearby tire shop around the are where I was and the man who changed my tire told me that my rim was not only scratched from the outside but also from the inside, and the tire had a hole that was patched up on the inner side of the tire, and anyone who works at a tire shop knows that tires with holes on the side are no longer good. It's so upsetting that someone who owns a business would sell you a product that they are well aware that is no good. It's dishonest, and sad that it comes from our own community and race. read more
