This is a review for their Olympic store. Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a set of four tires on Monday and was promised they would arrive that afternoon. Since I was pressed for time, I scheduled the installation for the following morning right when they opened. I showed up at 9:00 AM, and I was told the tires weren't there yet but would arrive around 9:30. They went ahead and jacked up my car and removed all four of my tires. Then, at 9:30, I was told the tires wouldn't arrive until 10:30-10:45. So they took my car apart before even having the tires I ordered. The entire reason I scheduled the appointment first thing in the morning was to save time, and instead they completely wasted it. The employee who opened the shop had absolutely no customer service skills. No apology, no attempt to find a solution, and no effort whatsoever to accommodate me. I had to tell them to put my tires back on. I left and went straight to America's Tire, and the difference in customer service was night and day. They actually treated me like a customer and were willing to help. I will never come back to this place. Delays happen, but poor communication, poor planning, and absolutely no customer service are unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

I went in yesterday and had a great experience from start to finish. This is a wholesale tire spot where you can get brand new tires for way cheaper than most places, and the price they quote you actually includes installation. I have a 2010 Ford Focus, and I spent the entire day calling around getting quotes for tires that were $600+, and that still didn't include installation. At The Tire Plug, I got four brand new tires installed for $260 total, which honestly shocked me. For an additional $65, I was also able to get an alignment. Customer service was top-tier. I had called earlier in the day planning to come in, but on my way there one of my tires completely gave out. It took me about three to four hours longer than expected to finally make it there, but thankfully their hours worked out perfectly since they're open late and close at 9 PM. When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me, and my total wait time for everything, including installation and alignment, was about an hour, which was honestly really fast. As a woman dealing with car issues unexpectedly, I really appreciated how straightforward and professional they were. No pressure, no upselling, just good service and great pricing. ATTENTION!! Take a picture of your rims before they mount the new tires the machine there using with scratch your rims! Be prepared to have proof! they are really careless and don't use the right attachments to not damage the rim. I will say though, I did get a good price on the tires but now I have scratches on my painted rims which cost more than the tires to repair. I just wish they were more carful with peoples property and invest in the right attachments to prevent unhappy customers they need the plastic attachment that goes on the machine but they use the metal one that damages rims this is why I gave a 2 star rating read more

Sent them a DM on their IG inquiring about a set of Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 and was promptly responded to. Excellent prices compared to big box chains. Price included all 4 tires AND install and balance! A 10% deposit is required with your order sent through Zelle for all serious buyers. I'll admit I was skeptical at first. However I inspected the status and DOT on the tires before the install and it all checked out. They are legit! They were efficient and busy so naturally there is going to be a wait time depending on the day and time you get there. Save some $$$ and bring cash! Otherwise a 3% card fee applies. I had paid $60 for an alignment however once my car was on the lift and after inspection I was told my vehicle didn't need an alignment. They reimbursed my $60 and only charged me a $20 diagnostic fee. They INSTANTLY gained my business with their honorable honesty. I don't doubt if I had gone anywhere else I would not have been told about not needing an alignment and been charged for it anyways. Needed to replace tires really quickly and found the Tire Plug on IG. Sent DM with some generic questions and got a response fairly quickly. After some back and forth Q&A and tire quotes, settled on some Kumho tires for my Silverado. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Paid a deposit over the phone and they said the tires would be ready by Monday morning. Went down to the shop after work Monday afternoon and was in/out of the shop within the hour. Luckily there were no other cars, so there was a team of 3 that worked on replacing my tires quickly and efficiently. The only downside is that I have to go back to get my TPMS reset, but otherwise I can't complain about the price and service. Would definitely recommend to my friends in the future read more

Horrible customer service from the guys that install the tires and the one that does the alignment. When we went to have the tires installed the guy with curly hair was literally yelling to pull in, go around, pull forward. Rather than coming up to the customers and asking or directing them where to go instead of yelling. The guy that does the alignment is extremely rude and unprofessional asking "you got a problem?" When being told you should work on your customer service, who talks to the customers like that? I got on the freeway and was driving home and after going 80 mph the car started shaking. After having a horrible experience I dont feel comfortable taking my car back and having them fix it, so I'll have to pay to have the balancing done right. We paid for the services and to be treated with horrible customer service i won't being coming back even though the prices are affordable. David on the other hand was professional & friendly. The day before, I called to get a pair of Falkon rubitreks, they had them the next day ready for me which was awesome, they told me to come in at 11am for payment, it was fast but you will need to be patient when they are busy since sometimes they only have a limited amount of people doing a specific job, they will make sure you are attended to. The guys at the shop around the corner installing the tires are cool af. I asked them if they could put my newer used tires from the rear to the front and they went out the way to do it and put the new tires in the rear. Once done I went to get the alignment which is only $75( never seen cheaper anywhere else) and you will probably have to wait again once the person ahead of you is done or until you go and let them know you are waiting so they can have a list of people to have ready for the next alignment if it's busy. The guy who did the alignment also was knowledgeable enough to let me know I needed a front suspension upgrade since mine seemed to be worn. Overall my experience was good and as long as you're cool with the workers and treat them with respect they'll make sure to hook you up. Will gladly do business with them anytime. read more

fast but cheaper at costco and tire alignment guy called off. got some Michelin all season sport plus alignment for 920 (60 for alignment). costco would've charge me 860 for everything. i got there and found out the tire alignment guy called off. waste of time i live like an hour away so i had to go elsewhere to get my tires aligned. found out later it would've been cheaper, faster, and easier at costco. don't go here if it's far, you'll end up spending more money than you planned. read more
