Water was leaking outside the shower and had started damaging the baseboard. His pricing was also very fair. He came out the very next day, recaulked the entire shower enclosure, and replaced/repainted the damaged baseboard. While working, he noticed a potential issue that could have been contributing to the leak and took the time to explain it and provided a solution.
