Not only did he fix the door so my parents wouldn't have to purchase new doors, he took the time to vacuum and even used a pen to get all the dust/hair/debris that had gathered in the track over the years. From the beginning, Owen was willing to provide a quote upfront, while a competitor refused to quote or wanted to charge $89 just to come take a look. Several handymen and contractors told me my door was basically shot and would need to be replaced. Not true. Owen took one look and knew immediately what the issue was. He repaired everything in about an hour and a half, doing detailed, thorough work--fixing the sliding glass door, track, and handle (which had come loose from how difficult the door was to open and close), and even repairing the adjacent screen door, which we were convinced would also need to be replaced.
