Alex is the best! He did a beautiful job restoring my stairs to their original beauty after 50 years of having layers of paint and heavy traffic. So a few years later I had him finish my downstairs baseboards that were an eyesore and it was impossible to find anybody that would do baseboards. He has an eye for detail and all the rooms look brand new now. They even did extra painting like my backdoor at no extra charge. The initial color Jorge chose was very close but he adjusted the color of the second coat to match the original color incredibly well. He also filled in a gouge in the upstairs floor by a sloppy low voltage contractor who dropped his drill on the floor so it is now extremely hard to find. I initially found Jorge and this company through Yelp and I am extremely pleased with their work!!! 10/10!!! We had one bedroom at our house that had carpeting and we wanted to get it removed and have the flooring underneath it refinished. I contacted a few other company for quotes and out of all of them, Jorge was the most responsive, professional, and friendly. On top of that, the price he quoted me was the best and lowest because some of the other companies were quoting me more than double when they hadn't even come out to see the space. Jorge came out and gave me a free quote and explained the whole project to me. He was very flexible with scheduling because I had to reschedule a few times due to my own timing conflicts, but he was understanding and totally willing to work with me based on my availability. These brothers really know what they're doing. They had the best pricing of anyone we interviewed. Less than half the lowest estimate we received. We interviewed about six flooring businesses. Very professional and prompt. They handle their bigger jobs at the beginning of the week. They set aside the end of their week for smaller jobs like ours. While our floors used very old wood from 1939, Jorge and Pedro were able to reasonably match the colour and repair and replace some of the wood. The majority of the 2200 square foot rental house has hardwood floors, and we will definitely use them for any future work that may need to be done. Unfortunately, termites seem to like our floors. They were very professional on time on point, did exactly what they said they were going to do and even went above and beyond expectations to satisfy us. We HIGHLY recommend them. They did a wonderful job for what they had. Our floors were around 100 years old, stained and dirty with holes and missing wood boards from various home projects from the old owners. They sanded down the imperfections, filled the problem points, and stained it a really pretty espresso brown. The top coat varnish is beautiful and I'm honestly so happy with the work they did.
